基于历史数据纵向协同性的电子式互感器伴随故障甄别策略

【摘要】:当系统由于线路故障、电源或者负荷投入切除而出现大幅扰动时,往往会引发复杂明显的电磁干扰信号,这将使存在电磁兼容性缺陷的电子式互感器采样输出数据异常,导致保护控制系统的误动和拒动。站域保护的出现为上述问题的解决提供了可能性,该文首先证明了输电线路故障动态特性相似性区域的存在,提出了电力系统拓扑离散性假设和状态离散性假设,得出输电线路同型故障的概念;然后根据系统动态实例与历史案例之间的相似性,结合站域保护中各点信息可共享性,提出了电子式互感器伴随故障甄别的原理、判据及具体实现方案,并给出描述故障电子式互感器的故障程度的评估指标;最后通过PSCAD搭建典型电力系统仿真模型,构建不同情况下的电磁干扰算例,证明了所提甄别原理和方法的可行性及应用价值。
[Abstract]:When the system is greatly disturbed due to line failure, power supply or load shedding, complex and obvious electromagnetic interference signals are often induced, which will make the sampling and output data of the electronic transformer with electromagnetic compatibility defect abnormal, resulting in the malfunction and rejection of the protection control system. The occurrence of station-domain protection provides the possibility for the above-mentioned problems. In this paper, the existence of the fault dynamic characteristic similarity region of the power transmission line is first proved, the topological discreteness assumption and the state discreteness assumption of the power system are put forward, and the concept of the type fault of the power transmission line is obtained. then according to the similarity between the dynamic case of the system and the historical case, and combining the information of each point in the station domain protection, the principle, the criterion and the specific implementation scheme of the electronic mutual inductor with fault discrimination are put forward, The evaluation index of the fault degree of the fault electronic transformer is given, and a typical power system simulation model is set up by the PSCAD, and an example of the electromagnetic interference in different cases is constructed, and the feasibility and the application value of the proposed screening principle and method are proved.
