双定子两自由度旋转直线永磁电机研究

【摘要】:两自由度旋转直线电机是一种无中间传动装置的新型电机,集旋转电机、直线电机于一体,通过控制两套三相绕组供电方式,可以实现电机的旋转运动、直线运动以及两者合成的螺旋运动。该电机具有材料利用率高、协同控制精度高、机械集成度高等优点,在工业领域应用前景广阔。将该电机应用于飞轮储能系统,可实现电机的自悬浮功能,减小飞轮系统的体积,提高飞轮系统的功率密度。本文在分析现有旋转直线电机结构的基础上,基于飞轮储能用电机系统中存在的问题,对双定子两自由度旋转直线电机的机械结构、运行机理、电磁耦合、轴向力以及样机实验等方面进行分析研究,研究内容如下:首先,针对现有的两自由度旋转直线电机的结构和控制方式,对组合式和耦合式电机的结构特征和运行机理进行分类比较。对新型的双定子电机结构进行数学模型,理论解析其特殊结构的气隙磁场,研究其实现旋转直线两自由度运动的运行原理,研究该电机可行的机械结构。其次,针对双定子旋转直线电机电磁耦合问题,建立三维有限元仿真模型,从转子轭材料、转子轭厚度及充磁方式等方面,对电机旋转磁场与行波磁场的电磁耦合特性进行研究,并根据研究结果给出抑制电磁耦合的方法,为双定子两自由度旋转直线电机的设计提供依据。然后,针对两自由度旋转直线运动耦合问题,分析内外电机结构对轴向力波动的影响。理论分析纹波、齿槽效应、端部效应对内部直线电机推力波动的影响,并研究有效抑制推力波动的方法。分析外部旋转电机不同定转子长度以及无铁心结构对轴向力波动的影响,研究有效抑制轴向力波动的电机结构,提高内外电机协同运动精度。最后,研制双定子两自由度旋转直线电机样机,分析样机加工制作工艺,研究该类电机的测试方案,搭建两自由度旋转直线电机的实验测试系统,对该样机的外部旋转电机和内部直线电机主要性能参数进行实验测试,为两自由旋转直线电机的进一步研究分析奠定了理论和实验基础。
[Abstract]:Two-degree-of-freedom rotating linear motor is a new type of motor without intermediate transmission device, which integrates rotating motor and linear motor in one. By controlling two sets of three-phase winding power supply mode, the rotating motion of motor can be realized. Linear motion and the spiral motion that combines the two. The motor has the advantages of high material utilization, high precision of cooperative control and high mechanical integration, so it has a wide application prospect in the field of industry. Applying the motor to the flywheel energy storage system, the self-suspension function of the motor can be realized, the volume of the flywheel system can be reduced, and the power density of the flywheel system can be improved. Based on the analysis of the existing rotating linear motor structure and the problems existing in the flywheel energy storage motor system, the mechanical structure, operation mechanism, electromagnetic coupling of the two-degree-of-freedom rotating linear motor with double stator are studied in this paper. The research contents are as follows: firstly, aiming at the structure and control mode of the two-degree-of-freedom rotating linear motor, the main contents of this paper are as follows: The structure characteristics and operation mechanism of the combined and coupled motors are classified and compared. The mathematical model of a new type of double stator motor is presented. The air gap magnetic field of its special structure is analyzed theoretically. The operating principle of the two degrees of freedom motion of the rotating linear motor is studied, and the feasible mechanical structure of the motor is studied. Secondly, aiming at the electromagnetic coupling problem of double stator rotating linear motor, a three-dimensional finite element simulation model is established, which includes the material of rotor yoke, the thickness of rotor yoke and the mode of magnetization. The electromagnetic coupling characteristics of rotating magnetic field and traveling wave magnetic field of motor are studied, and the method to restrain electromagnetic coupling is given according to the research results, which provides the basis for the design of two degrees of freedom rotating linear motor with double stator. Then, aiming at the coupling problem of two degrees of freedom rotating linear motion, the influence of internal and external motor structure on axial force fluctuation is analyzed. The effects of ripple, slotting effect and end effect on thrust fluctuation of internal linear motor are analyzed theoretically, and the effective methods to restrain thrust fluctuation are studied. The influence of different stator and rotor length of external rotating motor and non-core structure on axial force fluctuation is analyzed. The motor structure which can effectively restrain axial force fluctuation is studied and the precision of internal and external motor collaborative motion is improved. Finally, the prototype of two degrees of freedom rotating linear motor with double stator is developed, the manufacturing technology of the prototype is analyzed, the testing scheme of this kind of motor is studied, and the experimental testing system of two degrees of freedom rotating linear motor is built. The main performance parameters of the external rotating motor and the internal linear motor of the prototype are tested, which lays the theoretical and experimental foundation for the further research and analysis of the two free rotating linear motors.
