电弧光保护作为母线主保护在中低压开关柜的应用和讨论

【摘要】：如何在故障发生时最大限度保护运行人员人身安全,减少设备的损害是电力系统保护工程师重点关注的问题。文章总结了过去10多年来在中国变电站中低压配电领域内电弧光保护的应用和运行经验,并结合最新发布的电力行业标准和即将发布的国家标准,讨论电弧光保护的配置、应用和关键点。电弧光保护技术可以作为中低压开关母线主保护的一种新选择,因其动作速度快、灵活性高、可靠性高及选择性灵活的特点而被广泛应用,并且具有很高的性价比。在中国绝大部分中低压母线没有主保护的情况下,尤其是针对加装母线保护的技改项目,电弧光保护具有无可比拟的简单方便的优势。
[Abstract]:How to protect the personal safety of operators and reduce the damage of equipment in the event of failure is one of the most important problems for power system protection engineers. This paper summarizes the application and operation experience of arc protection in the field of medium and low voltage distribution in substations in China in the past 10 years, and discusses the configuration of arc protection in combination with the newly released standards in the power industry and the national standards to be issued soon. Apply and key points. Arc protection technology can be used as a new choice for bus protection of medium and low voltage switches. It is widely used because of its characteristics of high speed, high flexibility, high reliability and selectivity and flexibility, and it has a high cost-performance ratio. Under the condition that most of the medium and low voltage busbar in China do not have main protection, especially for the technical reform project with busbar protection, arc protection has the advantage of incomparable simplicity and convenience.
