基于TVOC检测的干式空心电抗器过热故障诊断方法

【摘要】:对运行中的干式空心电抗器进行监(检)测,可以避免其起火烧损。为克服现有几种监(检)测电抗器运行状态方法的局限性,通过试验找出干式空心电抗器绝缘材料双酚A型环氧树脂在过热条件下产生的特征气体总挥发性有机物(TVOC)。通过设计干式空心电抗器过热故障模拟试验,研究了TVOC体积分数随过热温度、过热时间、风速、相对湿度改变时的变化规律。试验结果表明:TVOC体积分数随过热温度增高而增加,当过热温度超过160℃时,TVOC体积分数高于2×10~( 8);且TVOC体积分数值受风速影响较大,呈负相关性。同时计算了TVOC的有效产气速率,考虑了风速对测量数据的影响,并拟合出过热温度的求解式。通过模拟试验验证,证明了该过热温度求解式能较准确的求解出电抗器包封内部的过热温度,进而判断干式空心电抗器的过热状态。
[Abstract]:The dry hollow reactor in operation can be monitored (inspected) to avoid the fire loss. In order to overcome the limitation of several existing methods of monitoring and testing reactor operating state, the characteristic gas total volatile organic compounds (TVOC).) produced by dry hollow reactor insulating material bisphenol A epoxy resin under superheated condition were found out by experiment. The change of TVOC volume fraction with superheating temperature, superheating time, wind speed and relative humidity was studied by simulating the overheating failure of dry hollow reactor.
