滨海电厂反渗透法海水淡化取水工程设计

【摘要】:滨海电厂海水淡化取水工程设计宜与机组循环冷却水工程相结合,以充分利用发挥循环冷却水取水设施的作用。采用卧式离心泵从循环水泵后取水,可保证取水系统安全高效运行。根据循环水系统运行方式,提出了从循环水管上取水的设计方案,并提出了反渗透处理工艺的海水淡化取水系统与循环冷却水系统、循环水加药系统和原水预处理系统的联锁控制要求。
[Abstract]:The design of seawater desalination water intake project in coastal power plant should be combined with the circulating cooling water project of unit in order to make full use of the function of circulating cooling water intake facility. The horizontal centrifugal pump is used to take water from the circulating pump to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the water intake system. According to the operation mode of the circulating water system, the design scheme of taking water from the circulating water pipe is put forward, and the seawater desalination water intake system and the circulating cooling water system of the reverse osmosis treatment process are put forward. Interlock control requirements of circulating water dosing system and raw water pretreatment system.
