SH垃圾发电厂建设项目进度管理研究

【摘要】：本论文通过对相关专业知识进行梳理总结,对于目前在工程项目中进度管理工作存在的不足,以SH垃圾发电厂建设项目为例,运用相关方式,提升项目管理的目标,并且通过项目进度管理的相关理论,对SH垃圾发电厂的工程项目进行全面的分析,并且主要在项目进度管理方面,提出相关的改进建议,从而促使工程项目进度管理能够得到有效的开展。本文首先分析了项目进度管理过程中存在的问题,例如工程项目的管理方式未成体系;相关专业管理人员缺失;工程资源分配不合理;以及工程项目监管不力等。再阐述上述问题之后,对SH垃圾发电厂的工程项目进行了一些重点介绍。在科学合理的运用项目管理方式的同时,还对SH垃圾发电厂的工程项目进度计划进行了全面的探讨和研究,从影响项目进度的根本要素出发,依托工程项目的分级管理方案,使得项目管理人员以及施工人员都能够对整个工程项目有着深刻的理解和认识,明确自身的工作任务,也促使整个工程的任务得到实现。在工程项目的施工过程中,通过相关环节从而采取的一系列优化措施,从而保障项目进度计划的有效实施,满足了项目的目标要求。通过具体的施工情况可知,科学合理的运用项目进度控制方式,可以有效的提升项目进度管理水平,从而能够对其它相关工程项目起到很好的参考和借鉴作用。垃圾发电厂建设工程项目进度管理是一项极其困难和复杂的工作,只有不断在实践中总结方法、积累经验,同时加强项目进度管理手段,完善项目进度管理理论,通过实践得出结论,这样才可以对项目进度管理理论进行保障,同时,也可以科学合理的应用于垃圾发电厂建设工程项目中,从而使得项目进度管理工作能够得到不断的完善和发展。
[Abstract]:Through combing the relevant professional knowledge, this paper summarizes the shortcomings of the current progress management in the project, taking the construction project of SH garbage power plant as an example, using the relevant methods to promote the goal of project management. And through the relevant theory of project schedule management, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the engineering project of SH garbage power plant, and mainly in the project schedule management aspect, puts forward the relevant improvement suggestions. So that the project schedule management can be effectively carried out. Firstly, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of project schedule management, such as the lack of systematic management mode of engineering projects, the lack of relevant professional managers, the unreasonable allocation of engineering resources, and the weak supervision of engineering projects. After expounding the above problems, the engineering project of SH garbage power plant is introduced in detail. In addition to the scientific and reasonable application of the project management mode, the project schedule of SH garbage power plant is comprehensively discussed and studied, starting from the essential factors that affect the project schedule, and relying on the hierarchical management scheme of the engineering project. So that project managers and construction personnel can have a deep understanding and understanding of the whole project, clear their own work tasks, but also promote the implementation of the entire project task. In the construction process of the project, a series of optimization measures are adopted through the relevant links to ensure the effective implementation of the project schedule and meet the target requirements of the project. According to the concrete construction situation, the scientific and reasonable use of the project schedule control mode can effectively improve the project schedule management level, thus can play a good reference and reference to other related engineering projects. The construction project schedule management of garbage power plant is a very difficult and complicated work. Only in practice can we summarize the methods and accumulate experience, at the same time, strengthen the project schedule management means and perfect the project schedule management theory. The conclusion can be drawn through practice, so that the theory of project schedule management can be guaranteed, at the same time, it can also be applied to the construction project of garbage power plant scientifically and reasonably. So that the project schedule management can be continuously improved and developed.
