智能变电站保护控制解决方案研究

【摘要】:作为智能电网的重要环节之一,智能变电站的安全稳定运行对电网显得格外重要,建设新一代智能变电站,提高变电站的保护控制运行能力是电力系统发展的要求。新一代智能变电站采用顶层设计方案,并且要完成三个转变,分专业设计向整体设计转变、一次设备智能化向智能一次设备转变、分散独立系统向一体化业务系统转变。本文对智能变电站的特征、系统结构以及网络结构进行了分析,总结出了新一代智能变电站相比于传统变电站的优缺点,论文以此为基础研究了新一代智能变电站保护控制的解决方案。随着智能变电站的大范围推广,智能变电站大量采用光缆替代电缆连接,对于运行检修人员来说,二次回路变成了“黑匣子”,导致二次系统运行维护复杂。因此,开展二次回路可视化、二次系统实时异常告警及智能诊断研究与应用具有重要现实意义。本文在目前的SCD模型基础上,对现有的二次系统信息模型进行补充,补充一次设备模型、交换机模型,增加一、二次关联信息建模,实现变电站一、二次模型及通信模型的关联,为二次系统可视化、异常告警等高级应用奠定基础,并实现了基于扩展SCD模型二次回路及压板状态的可视化。本文随后又对一种二次系统移动可视化运维技术进行了探讨,该技术提高了变电站检修、调试及扩建的效率。伴随着电网智能化、集约化的发展,保护设备下放就地,将成为重要的方向。为了从根本上解决二次回路不可视的问题,本文提出了一种新一代智能变电站现场级保护方案,该方案架构简单,回路简洁,提高了保护的快速性和可靠性。本文对该现场级保护的研究背景及应用的新技术进行了阐述,并对不同方案进行了探讨,选出了最优化的结构方案。
[Abstract]:As one of the important links of smart grid, the safe and stable operation of intelligent substation is very important to the power grid. It is the requirement of the development of power system to construct a new generation intelligent substation and improve the protection and control ability of substation. The new generation intelligent substation adopts the top-level design scheme, and it is necessary to complete three transformations, from specialized design to overall design, from primary equipment intelligence to intelligent primary equipment, and from decentralized independent system to integrated business system. In this paper, the characteristics, system structure and network structure of intelligent substations are analyzed, and the advantages and disadvantages of the new generation intelligent substations compared with traditional substations are summarized. Based on this, the paper studies the solution of the new generation intelligent substation protection control. With the wide spread of intelligent substation, a large number of intelligent substations use optical cable instead of cable connection. For maintenance personnel, the secondary circuit has become a "black box", resulting in complex operation and maintenance of the secondary system. Therefore, the research and application of secondary loop visualization, real-time abnormal alarm and intelligent diagnosis of secondary system are of great practical significance. Based on the current SCD model, this paper complements the existing secondary system information model, complements the primary equipment model, the exchange model, adds the primary and secondary correlation information modeling, and realizes the substation first, the second time information modeling. The correlation between the quadratic model and the communication model lays the foundation for the secondary system visualization, abnormal warning and other advanced applications, and realizes the visualization of the secondary loop and the plate state based on the extended SCD model. In this paper, a mobile visual operation and maintenance technology for secondary system is discussed, which improves the efficiency of substation maintenance, commissioning and expansion. With the development of intelligent and intensive power network, the decentralized protection equipment will become an important direction. In order to solve the problem that the secondary circuit is invisible, this paper presents a new generation intelligent substation field level protection scheme. The scheme has the advantages of simple structure, simple circuit, and improves the rapidity and reliability of the protection. In this paper, the research background and new technology of the field level protection are described, and the different schemes are discussed, and the optimized structural scheme is selected.
