交直流同步电网异步分隔的一般性原则

【摘要】:随着远距离大容量直流输电陆续投运,区域电网互联方式呈现特高压、远距离、大范围互联、大容量区域功率交换的交直流混联新特征。首先抽象出直流输电在区域电网互联中的基本结构,大规模交直流区域互联结构存在直流通道故障后潮流转移至交流通道,并引起功角失稳的系统性风险。接着,从电网安全性与输电经济性角度出发,提出交流输电通道强度指标、交直流输电通道强度比指标和交流输电通道效用指标,分别定量刻画交流通道输电能力、强直弱交程度和交流通道经济利用程度,并提出交直流同步电网异步分隔的一般性原则。最后,以南方电网2030年4省同步规划方案为例,指标计算结果表明,云南电网外送交直流通道为典型的"强直弱交"结构,暂态稳定裕度与交流通道效用指标低,宜解开交流联络线异步运行,同时N-1与N-2暂态仿真结果亦验证了上述计算结果的合理性。
[Abstract]:With the operation of long-distance and large-capacity DC transmission, the interconnection mode of regional power grid presents the new characteristics of UHV, long-distance, large-scale interconnection and large-capacity regional power exchange. Firstly, the basic structure of DC transmission in regional power grid interconnection is abstracted. The large-scale AC / DC regional interconnection structure has the systematic risk of power flow transfer to AC channel after DC channel failure, and cause power angle instability. Then, from the point of view of power network security and transmission economy, the strength index of AC transmission channel, the strength ratio index of AC / DC transmission channel and the utility index of AC transmission channel are put forward to describe the transmission capacity of AC channel quantitatively. The degree of strong direct and weak AC and the economic utilization of AC channel are put forward, and the general principle of asynchronous separation of AC / DC synchronous power grid is put forward. Finally, taking the synchronous planning scheme of four provinces in Southern Power Grid in 2030 as an example, the calculation results show that the DC channel outside Yunnan Power Grid is a typical "strong direct and weak AC" structure, and the transient stability margin and the utility index of AC channel are low.
