火力发电企业能效差异化分析及优化路径研究

【摘要】:火力发电在我国电力结构中处于重要的位置,是我国经济发展的重要能源来源,为我国的社会进步和经济发展提供了强有力的保障,但其同时也在环境污染问题中扮演了的重要角色。近些年,发电煤耗虽逐年降低,追赶上了世界先进水平,但与西方发达国家在能效方面相比,仍有很大的提升空间。火力发电企业作为能源消耗和污染物排放的大户,随着国家对于低碳经济的日益重视,其火力发电企业的能源效率问题越来越突出,对火力发电企业节能环保的要求也越来越高,如何既能做到保障国民经济发展的电力供应,又能保证在经济与环保上取得良好成绩,是发电企业能效优化分析研究的出发点与落脚点。因此,基于上述相关问题,本文开展了我国火力发电企业在能源效率方面相关问题的研究工作。首先,开展了区域间火力发电企业能源效率差异化分析。构建了投入产出型全要素能源效率测算指标,建立了基于数据包络分析法的全要素能源效率分析模型,采集了我国各区域的火力发电企业相关指标数据,就其全要素能源效率进行了测算,并对其区域间的差异性进行了分析。其次,建立了基于AIM/enduse模型的火力发电企业能效优化路径分析模型。在对我国火力发电企业生产技术流程分析的基础上,搭建了火力发电企业简单模型框架,设定了模型参数,对效率、结构、节能三种情景下的火力发电企业能源总体消耗、CO_2排放总量及能效水平进行了测算,确定节能技术为主要途径。最后,建立了基于系统动力学模型的火力发电企业优化技术优选模型。搭建了火力发电企业能效测算流图,并以国电大同第二电厂相关数据为例进行了实证分析,对优化技术实施效果进行了分析测算,确定了最为适用的优化技术。本文研究对提升火力发电企业能源效率具有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Thermal power generation plays an important role in the power structure of our country. It is an important source of energy for the economic development of our country, which provides a strong guarantee for the social progress and economic development of our country, but it also plays an important role in the problem of environmental pollution. In recent years, although the coal consumption of power generation has been reduced year by year, which has caught up with the advanced level of the world, there is still a lot of room for improvement compared with the western developed countries in terms of energy efficiency. As a large household of energy consumption and pollutant emission, thermal power enterprises, with the increasing attention paid by the country to low-carbon economy, the energy efficiency of its thermal power enterprises is becoming more and more prominent, and the requirements for energy saving and environmental protection of thermal power enterprises are also getting higher and higher. How can we not only ensure the power supply of national economic development, but also ensure good results in economy and environmental protection? It is the starting point and foothold of energy efficiency optimization analysis and research in power generation enterprises. Therefore, based on the above related problems, this paper has carried out the research work on energy efficiency of thermal power enterprises in China. First of all, the energy efficiency differentiation analysis of interregional thermal power enterprises is carried out. The index of input-output total factor energy efficiency is constructed, the analysis model of total factor energy efficiency based on data envelopment analysis method is established, the relevant index data of thermal power enterprises in various regions of our country are collected, the total factor energy efficiency is calculated, and the difference between regions is analyzed. Secondly, the energy efficiency optimization path analysis model of thermal power enterprises based on AIM/enduse model is established. Based on the analysis of the production technology process of thermal power enterprises in China, a simple model framework of thermal power enterprises is set up, the model parameters are set up, the overall energy consumption, CO_2 emission and energy efficiency level of thermal power enterprises under three scenarios of efficiency, structure and energy saving are calculated, and the energy saving technology is determined as the main way. Finally, the optimization model of thermal power enterprise optimization technology based on system dynamics model is established. The energy efficiency measurement flow diagram of thermal power enterprises is built, and the relevant data of Datong No. 2 Power Plant of Guodian Power Station are taken as an example to carry out empirical analysis, the implementation effect of optimization technology is analyzed and calculated, and the most suitable optimization technology is determined. The research in this paper has certain reference significance for improving the energy efficiency of thermal power enterprises.
