基于虚拟现实的变电检修综合布控系统研究
[Abstract]:With the deepening of substation comprehensive overhaul and condition maintenance, the pre-shift meeting of substation temporary inspection can not meet the requirements of multi-team and multi-professional cooperative work. In this paper, 3D modeling technology, virtual reality technology, remote video capture technology and UWB infinite pulse positioning technology are combined to develop a comprehensive distribution and control system of substation maintenance based on virtual reality. The system realizes the simulation function of distribution and control before substation maintenance, which facilitates the maintenance personnel to carry on the cooperative desktop deduction of multi-specialty and multi-team in virtual substation, and integrates with the intelligent single military operation device of substation maintenance with network function, and takes this device as the field information collection means to realize the remote control of maintenance process, including remote security supervision and remote technical support. After the maintenance is completed, the management can use the system to play back the maintenance process, discuss and analyze the maintenance process, optimize the maintenance scheme, and provide experience for the next maintenance. In addition, the system also provides the junior staff with the professional substation maintenance training function, so that the staff can quickly master the substation maintenance layout and control skills. The technical realization of the system is to establish a high simulation substation maintenance scene according to the 1:1 ratio, and to realize the 3D distribution and control simulation before maintenance by marking the working area and dangerous points in the 3D scene by distributed virtual reality distribution and control based on multi-person coordination, and to realize the field personnel position early warning by combining the 3D scene with the realistic personnel positioning through the measurement technology of coordinate matching and TDOA. At the same time, the audio and video information is collected through the video capture helmet, and the video voice communication is carried out with the command center to realize the remote consultation of the emergency situation on the spot of substation maintenance. The system is displayed through three-dimensional simulation platform, adopts off-line speech synthesis, and carries on the field early warning of dangerous information in the form of voice, so as to achieve the purpose of accurate positioning, convenient control, vivid display and comprehensive early warning prompt. The application of this system can improve the efficiency of distribution and control, reduce the incidence of on-site accidents, and greatly improve the efficiency of maintenance.
