变压器绝缘油中金属钝化剂Irgamet 39的消耗规律

【摘要】:为深入研究变压器绝缘油中金属钝化剂的消耗原因并借以制定和优化金属钝化剂的添加方案,研究了不同温度下变压器油中金属钝化剂Irgamet 39消耗规律以及同一温度下二苄基二硫(DBDS)质量分数、2,6—二叔丁基对甲酚(DBPC)质量分数、油的运行情况、纸面积、铜表面积以及铜的腐蚀情况等因素对于变压器油中Irgamet39消耗规律的影响。采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法检测油中的Irgamet 39质量分数。结果表明:温度是Irgamet 39消耗的决定因素,低温下(≤60℃)Irgamet 39几乎不消耗,高温下(≥90℃)Irgamet 39消耗迅速;DBDS、运行油、绝缘纸、未腐蚀的铜和已腐蚀的铜会增加Irgamet 39的消耗;DBPC对于Irgamet 39的消耗几乎无影响。结合Irgamet 39的作用机理可以看出,除高温下的自身分解和与铜形成保护膜阻止腐蚀性硫对铜的腐蚀外,变压器中的油环境和绝缘纸是Irgamet 39消耗的重要影响因素。
[Abstract]:In order to study the causes of metal passivator consumption in transformer insulation oil and to formulate and optimize the adding scheme of metal passivator, the consumption law of metal passivator Irgamet 39 in transformer oil at different temperatures and the mass fraction of dibenzyldisulfide (DBDS) at the same temperature, 2, 6-di-tert Ding Ji p-cresol (DBPC) mass fraction, oil operation and paper area were studied.
