基于全寿命周期对变电站二次设计管理的研究
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the design, construction and equipment of the secondary system in the existing substation, and referring to the actual operation and maintenance experience, this paper puts forward some suggestions for improvement in each stage of the project construction from the point of view of the designer, so as to ensure the safe operation and reliable power supply of the power grid. The concept of whole life cycle is introduced, and the modular design of substation secondary design is put forward in order to reduce the influence of transformation and expansion on the operation of the whole station during the whole life cycle of substation. It is concluded that the life of the equipment is closely related to the operating environment, and the measures to improve the environment are put forward from the design point of view, and some reasonable suggestions for the design of the equipment are put forward. Based on the whole life cycle cost, considering the secondary equipment electronics of substation and the fast replacement speed of microcomputer equipment, this paper analyzes the life cycle of vulnerable components by using "bath basin curve", and puts forward that the designer signs the equipment maintenance service cycle in the technical agreement, and clarifies the quantity of spare parts in the whole project. By putting forward a new storage mode, it provides a more feasible scheme for the long-term preservation of spare parts.
