基于LCL滤波的光伏并网逆变器控制研究

【摘要】:近些年来,能源短缺与环境污染的问题已经成为人们不可忽视的关注点。本论文从这两个角度入手,阐述光伏发电技术研究的理论价值与现实意义。通过查阅大量文献资料确定光伏并网逆变系统仍需进一步研究的方面,进而以提高并网逆变系统的运行稳定性和入网电能质量为目标展开课题研究。论文首先对光伏并网发电系统的拓扑结构、分类以及相关技术进行综合分析,选取三相电压型并网逆变系统作为论文的研究对象。分析三相电压型逆变器的工作方式,阐述其工作原理;分析开关型逆变器中的高频调制技术,系统选用PWM调制;对比分析三种滤波器的优缺点,确定LCL型滤波器为交流输出滤波选择。交流输出滤波作为并网逆变系统的重要环节,关系到入网电能质量。论文详细分析了LCL滤波器的工作原理,体现出LCL滤波器对并网电流的谐波成分具有很好的衰减能力。分析并网电流的传输特性与谐振现象,并研究抑制谐振尖峰的方法。然后逐步分析推导,得出LCL滤波器各参数的选取范围。针对LCL滤波的并网逆变系统,建立其数学模型,并详细分析研究该系统的电流闭环控制方案。针对电流单闭环控制的缺点,为了提高系统的运行稳定性,并实现电流的单位功率因数入网,选择逆变器侧电流闭环与交流侧滤波电容电流前馈的电流双环控制方案来完成理论分析和研究。针对电流双环控制的并网逆变系统,构建控制系统的结构框图,并搭建其仿真模型,通过仿真分析来校验电流双环控制方案的正确性。总之,本文就是对光伏并网逆变系统进行研究,并针对其稳定性与电流的单位功率因数入网来分析其控制方案,其研究为光伏发电的并网运行提供理论基础。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the problem of energy shortage and environmental pollution has become a concern that can not be ignored. From these two angles, this paper expounds the theoretical value and practical significance of photovoltaic power generation technology research. Through consulting a large number of literature, it is determined that the photovoltaic grid-connected inverter system still needs to be further studied, and then the goal is to improve the operation stability and power quality of the grid-connected inverter system. Firstly, the topology, classification and related technologies of photovoltaic grid-connected power generation system are comprehensively analyzed, and the three-phase voltage grid-connected inverter system is selected as the research object of this paper. The working mode of three-phase voltage source inverter is analyzed and its working principle is expounded. the high frequency modulation technology in switching inverter is analyzed, and PWM modulation is selected in the system. The advantages and disadvantages of the three filters are compared and analyzed, and the LCL filter is determined to be AC output filter. As an important link of grid-connected inverter system, AC output filtering is related to the power quality of grid access. In this paper, the working principle of LCL filter is analyzed in detail, which shows that LCL filter has good attenuation ability to harmonic components of grid-connected current. The transmission characteristics and resonance phenomenon of grid-connected current are analyzed, and the method of suppressing resonance peak is studied. Then the selection range of each parameter of LCL filter is obtained by step analysis and derivation. Aiming at the grid-connected inverter system of LCL filter, its mathematical model is established, and the current closed-loop control scheme of the system is analyzed and studied in detail. Aiming at the shortcomings of single closed loop current control, in order to improve the operation stability of the system and realize the unit power factor of current into the network, the current double loop control scheme of inverter side current closed loop and AC side filter capacitor current feedforward is selected to complete the theoretical analysis and research. Aiming at the grid-connected inverter system controlled by current double loop, the structure block diagram of the control system is constructed, and its simulation model is built. The correctness of the current double loop control scheme is verified by simulation analysis. In a word, this paper studies the photovoltaic grid-connected inverter system, and analyzes its control scheme according to the unit power factor of its stability and current, which provides a theoretical basis for the grid-connected operation of photovoltaic power generation.
