核电厂循环水管沟布置与结构创新设计

【摘要】:在高纬度地区,受冬季低温影响,水体中冰絮对供水系统设备的安全运行有重大影响。提出的供水系统采用双虹吸结构热水回流融冰系统,采取凝汽器后直接取水的措施,充分利用了循环水泵的余压与系统余热,降低了回流系统的运行成本,具有用地省、土建费用合理、运行费用低、与主体工程匹配性好的特点,可供高寒地区直流供水的核(火)电工程参考。
[Abstract]:In high latitudes, due to the influence of low temperature in winter, ice flocculation in water has a great influence on the safe operation of water supply system equipment. The proposed water supply system adopts double siphon structure hot water reflux and ice melting system, and adopts the measures of taking water directly after condenser, which makes full use of the residual pressure of circulating water pump and the waste heat of the system, reduces the operation cost of the reflux system, and has the characteristics of saving land, reasonable civil construction cost, low operation cost and good matching with the main project, which can be used as a reference for the nuclear (fire) electric engineering of DC water supply in alpine region.
