基于频率调整策略的微电网多目标优化自愈控制
[Abstract]:aiming at the demands of the power quality, the economy, the load support and the quick response in the self-healing control process when the micro-power grid is operated by the grid-connected island, the random characteristics of the load and the distributed power supply are taken into account, the frequency of the micro-power grid is controlled as the main line, A multi-objective optimal self-healing control strategy based on frequency adjustment is proposed. in the strategy, the optimized self-healing control for the operation of the micro-power grid from the grid to the island is divided into two main stages: the first stage is the primary and secondary frequency modulation stages, the primary frequency modulation is realized through the droop control of the distributed power supply, in the secondary frequency modulation, the optimized control strategy of the distributed power supply is put in turn according to the cost size, the power balance of the micro power grid and the frequency under the economic operation are realized, the power is stable, the second stage is the third frequency modulation stage, the economic operation and the maximum load support are taken as the target, and the load is comprehensively considered, The randomness of the distributed power supply, the introduction of the opportunity-constrained programming algorithm to convert the uncertain quantity into the determined quantity, and realize the economic operation under the maximum load support of the micro-power grid.
