泰州市姜堰城区配电网负荷分析与远景规划研究

【摘要】：为了适应泰州市姜堰城区的城市发展建设要求,实现电力供应与国民经济可持续协调发展,以“建设节约型社会、实现可持续发展”为指导思想,加快推进“新农村、新电力、新服务”,做到“经济发展,电力先行”。本文依据相关电力规划规范导则和姜堰城区经济发展水平,研究分析了姜堰城区配电网负荷特性与规划。(1)首先在分析泰州市姜堰城区总体情况和社会经济发展现状的基础上,重点分析了姜堰城区配电网现状和存在的问题,其中110k V高压配电网重点分析了变电站、高压线路、网架结构及运行情况,指出了3个110k V变电站主变不满足N-1校验、线路均能满足高压线路“N-1”校验、电网容载比2.6、平均负载率为38.5%。10k V中压配电网重点分析了网架及联络情况、线路及配变运行情况;低压配电网重点分析了低压台区供电半径、户均配变容量、配变负载率等。并最终对电网运行中的问题进行定级。(2)以姜堰城区电力负荷历史数据为基础,利用空间负荷预测方法对姜堰城区配电网的近期负荷和远景负荷进行预测,给出了最终预测结果,实现了近期负荷预测和中远期负荷预测。(3)在负荷预测的基础上,深入分析姜堰城区配电网规划目标和技术原则,以供电可靠性为规划目标,给出了规划水平年(2017年)、规划目标年(2020年)、规划远景年(2030年至负荷饱和年)的高中低压配电网规划结果。并从供电可靠性和供电能力提升方面共计28项指标,对规划效果进行了量化评价。
