基于多维动态规划的柔性光储参与主动配电网优化运行

【摘要】:当前城市电缆配电网高电压问题影响着电网安全运行和高品质供电,清洁能源刚性并网进一步加剧了这一现象。柔性并网是主动配电网的重要特征,可从有功/无功2方面共同作用调节优化电网运行。为此提出光伏和储能一体的光储系统参与主动配电网优化运行的方法,给出了光储系统的拓扑结构,并建立了光储柔性并网模型;构建了以"源-网"损耗最小为目标的主动配电网优化运行模型;针对模型中储能电量的时序连续性和光储有功/无功双决策问题,采用多维动态规划算法求解所建模型。仿真结果表明,柔性光储系统具有较强的潮流调节能力,优化方法实现了清洁能源满额消纳、配网经济运行和电压越限治理等目标。
[Abstract]:At present, the high voltage problem of urban cable distribution network affects the safe operation and high quality power supply of power grid, and the rigid grid connection of clean energy further aggravates this phenomenon. Flexible grid connection is an important feature of active distribution network, which can be adjusted and optimized from two aspects of active and reactive power. In this paper, the method of photovoltaic and energy storage optical storage system participating in the optimal operation of active distribution network is put forward, the topological structure of optical storage system is given, and the flexible grid-connected model of optical storage system is established; the optimal operation model of active distribution network with the goal of minimizing the loss of "source-network" is constructed, and the multi-dimensional dynamic programming algorithm is used to solve the problem of time series continuity of energy storage and active power / reactive power decision in the model. The simulation results show that the flexible optical storage system has strong power flow regulation ability, and the optimization method realizes the goals of clean energy full absorption, distribution network economic operation and voltage overrun control.
