汽轮发电机组轴系周期性振动分析及处理

【摘要】:针对某电厂2号机组长期存在发电机转子6瓦轴振周期性振动超标的问题,分析了机组振动异常的原因和机理,阐明了碳刷与转轴的碰摩是引起周期性振动的主要原因,经过对集电环刷架间隙进行调整,消除了机组在正常运行情况下的异常振动,通过高速动平衡降低了由于转子热应力变化导致6瓦振动爬升趋势。
[Abstract]:In view of the problem that the periodic vibration of 6 watt shaft vibration of generator rotor No. 2 in a power plant exceeds the standard for a long time, this paper analyzes the causes and mechanism of abnormal vibration of the unit, and expounds that the rubbing between carbon brush and rotating shaft is the main cause of periodic vibration. Through adjusting the gap of collector ring brush frame, the abnormal vibration of the unit under normal operation is eliminated. Through high speed dynamic balance, the climbing trend of 6 watts vibration caused by the change of thermal stress of rotor is reduced.
