联合循环机组停机过程的负荷分配优化

【摘要】:为了解决联合循环机组在天然气气量不足情况下,停机过程中负荷分配的经济性问题,基于发电量最大的原则,通过对所有机组的综合性能进行分析计算,在保证机组安全停机的前提下,建立了联合循环机组的停机过程优化模型,优化分配各台机组停机过程中的气耗量。基于机组的停机过程优化模型,设计开发了计算程序,对某厂的3台联合循环机组在不同的升负荷率和降负荷率下的计算分析表明,升负荷率的变化对总发电量影响较小,而降负荷率的变化对总发电量的影响却很大。当剩余气量为10~5 m~3时,优化后停机方案的总发电量比正常停机情况下多28.409 MW·h,年收益可增加478.692万元。
