基于无缝接入模式的母线保护智能化改造方法

【摘要】:母差保护装置接入支路多、运行方式多样、改造复杂,因此,母差保护装置在改造过程中面临长期停电及运行方式不灵活等诸多问题。针对这一情况,结合现场多次改造经验,在分析现场具体二次回路配置的基础上,分别提出基于传统母线保护改造智能接口及GOOSE出口转接的改造方案。基于现场多种模式情况下都可以在不改动现场二次回路接线的情况下,实现智能站母线保护的不停电改造工作。通过该方案的应用,解决了传统站智能化改造的关键问题,对于推进智能电网的建设具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:There are many branches connected to the bus differential protection device, the operation mode is various, and the transformation is complex. therefore, the bus differential protection device is faced with many problems, such as long-term power outage and inflexible operation mode in the process of transformation. In view of this situation, combined with the experience of many revamping in the field, on the basis of analyzing the specific secondary circuit configuration in the field, the transformation scheme based on the traditional bus protection intelligent interface and GOOSE exit transfer is put forward respectively. Under the condition of various modes in the field, the transformation of intelligent station bus protection can be realized without changing the connection of the secondary circuit on the spot. Through the application of this scheme, the key problems of intelligent transformation of traditional stations are solved, which is of great significance to promote the construction of smart grid.
