刚果能源基础设施建设及建立FACTS系统和电表预付费的建议

  目前刚果(布)的年发电能力仅为30万千瓦,而市场需求却超过了60万kW,电力供应不足已成为制约刚果(布)经济发展的主要因素。这促使我思考如何构建刚果(布)的电力生产和供应,为刚果提供最佳电力调节方案,从而使我们能够顺利实现电力输送及管理。论文首先对刚果(布)的电力工业发展历史和现状进行了介绍和分析,指出电能质量问题和电费计量问题是制约刚果(布)电力供应的两大难题。为了改进刚果(布)电力供应中所面临的电能质量欠佳问题,提出在刚果电网中应采用柔性交流输电技术(Flexible AC Transmission Systems,FACTs)。本文详细介绍了目前常用的FACTs的主要技术和设备,并进一步比较了在刚果(布)电网不同安装位置和不同安装方式对电网无功补偿的影响,得出了建议方案。对于电费计量问题,提出采用安装预付费电表的方式予以解决,并探讨了其具体实施方案。
