不同结构有机光伏太阳能电池的比较研究

本论文从以下方面入手,探索提高有机太阳能电池有效性和可持续性的方法,即溶液处理的界面材料,活性层组分的改变,单结传统和倒置结构。本论文的主要内容如下:阴极修饰层(CBL)的功函数极大地影响有机光伏器件,特别是Voc,并且可以通过修饰层和活性层之间的欧姆接触来实现性能。Hf(acac)4和Ta-OMe是阴极修饰层,可以由在室温下简单地将可溶性Hf(acac)4和Ta-OMe旋涂在光敏层上而不需要任何其他后处理来制备。该方法简单和容易,Hf(acac)4和Ta-OMe插入Al 阳极和活性层之间,作为有机BHJ太阳能电池的阳极修饰层。当用Hf(acac)4和Ta-OMe代替传统的Ca/Al作为有机太阳能电池中的负极时,可以显着提高短路电流,并且同时减小串联电阻。当Hf(acac)4和Ta-OMe阴极用于具有P3HT:PCBM作为光活性层的SC中时,在标准照射条件(AM 1.5G,100mW/cm 2)下测量的光电转换效率(PCE)为3.89%,这显着高于在相同条件下使用Ca/Al阴极的太阳能电池的PCE超过2.04%。有机光伏太阳能电池属于光活性材料的光吸收,另外还取决于相对于活性层的布置的...
