【摘要】:由于大量传统能源的消耗,环境污染日趋严重,加快实施新能源开发战略刻不容缓。对比于其他新能源,海洋能的能量密集,是重要的可再生清洁能源。英国、美国、意大利、葡萄牙、丹麦等国家政府制定各种促进政策,鼓励海洋能的不断发展。我国政府也正在这一方面做出努力。波浪能和潮流能是应用潜力最大的海洋能资源。目前,已有很多国家对波浪能、潮流能发电装置进行了实海况发电测试,也有些许国家已经建成了海洋能发电测试场,甚至投入商业化运营。我国海洋能发电技术的发展相对缓慢,且尚未建成可供海洋能发电装置进行实海况测试的发电试验场。本文分析了潮流能发电装置本身的性能和输电特性,提出了相应的评估思路,并基于三级评估模型给出潮流能发电装置电力输出性能评估方法,结合国家海洋局资助的科研项目,利用取得的研究成果,初步设计开发了相应的监测评估系统,为我国在海洋能发电装置实海况测试与评价系统的建立积累经验。论文首先简述了潮流能发电原理,分析了潮流能发电装置设备级特性指标,如功率特性、可利用率、年发电量、平均功率/最大功率比以及能量转换系数等;采用关联度修正改进序关系法确定的主观权重、熵权法确定客观权重的方法得到基于“乘法”原理可变的指标综合权重;基于模糊理论构建潮流能发电装置设备级性能评估模型。其次,由于潮流能发电的间歇性强、输出功率具有波动性,发电装置必须经过变流器才能输出稳定功率并网。因此,对潮流能发电装置输电特性的研究十分必要。借鉴太阳能、风能发电并网电能质量的研究成果,设计了潮流能发电装置输电性能指标监测图,基于改进离差最大化法获得指标权重;建立了广义集对分析潮流能装置输电特性综合评估模型。本文提出了基于“短板效应”的三级综合评价模型,并搭建了潮流能发电装置电力输出性能监测评估系统,给出监测评估系统功能、架构、模块以及数据库设计方案,并进行了监测评估系统的初步开发。论文为建立潮流能测试场潮流能发电装置综合测试与评价体系提供了有利支撑;结合国家海洋部门理想的研究课题,为我国实海况海洋能发电场建设提供工程建设的参考。
[Abstract]:Due to the large number of traditional energy consumption and serious environmental pollution, accelerate it is imperative to implement new energy development strategy. Compared to other new energy, ocean energy intensive, is an important renewable clean energy. The United States, Britain, Italy, Portugal, Denmark and other countries to promote the government to develop policies, continue to encourage the development of ocean energy. Our government is on the one hand, make efforts. Wave energy and tidal energy is the most potential application of marine energy resources. At present, there are many countries on the wave energy, tidal power device of the real sea power test, some countries have built ocean power field test, even put into commercial operation. The development of China's marine power generation technology is relatively slow, and has not yet been built for ocean power generation field test device for real sea test. This paper analyzes the trend of power. The performance and transmission characteristics of itself, puts forward the corresponding evaluation method, and based on the three level evaluation model evaluation method of tidal current energy generating device of power output performance, according to the State Oceanic Administration funded research projects, using the research results, the preliminary design and development of monitoring and evaluation system should be, for our country's energy power generation device the real sea test and evaluation system is established to accumulate experience in the ocean. The paper firstly introduces the principle of tidal power, tidal current energy level characteristics index of power equipment, such as power characteristics, utilization rate, annual power generation, average power / maximum power ratio and energy conversion coefficient; the correlation degree improved subjective weight order relation method to determine the entropy method to determine the objective weight method based on the principle of "multiplication" variable weights; fuzzy theory based on power flow Evaluation model of equipment device performance. Secondly, due to the intermittent tidal power is strong, the output power is fluctuant, power plant must pass to output stable power grid connected converter. Therefore, the study of transmission characteristics of power device of tidal energy. It is necessary to use solar energy research, wind power grid power quality, design tidal power device transmission performance monitoring, improve the deviation maximization method based on index weight; a generalized energy collection device of transmission characteristics of comprehensive evaluation model for power flow analysis is put forward in this paper. Based on the "short board effect" of the three grade comprehensive evaluation model, and set up the evaluation system of tidal current energy generating device power output performance monitoring, evaluation system, gives the monitoring architecture, module and database design, and has carried on the preliminary development of monitoring and assessment system for the establishment of the. The tidal power test field provides a favorable support for the comprehensive test and evaluation system of tidal current energy generation device. Combined with the ideal research topic of the national marine sector, it will provide reference for the construction of marine electric field in China.
