【摘要】:电力变压器作为电网中能量转换和传输核心,为保证其安全可靠运行,对变压器内部的绝缘状况进行在线监测是很有必要的。变压器内部为油纸绝缘结构,其故障主要由局部放电引起的。特高频(UHF)传感器通过探测局部放电产生时向外辐射的电磁波,可以判断变压器内部绝缘状况。特高频电磁波检测具有抗干扰能力强、测量频率高、频带宽、信息量大等优点,所以一直是研究局部放电在线监测的热点。本文建立了可以真实模拟220kV变压器多种局部放电的实验平台,研发并通过实验室模拟小平台系统试验验证了多种真实、可控的局部放电模型,并给出各类模型对应放电的特征。通过该模型与变压器真型平台的配合,可以为特高频传感器的运行、检测等提供理论支持和平台支撑。本文研究了几款常用的内置式特高频传感器,包括偶极振子天线、微带天线和圆盘天线,在变压器真型平台上以圆盘天线为基准对其性能进行对比验证,得到几款天线的适用范围。并提出了两款非传统特高频传感器,电磁组合二重天线和共形天线,在理论研究之后对这两款天线进行了试验探究,得到推广应用这两款天线的理论支撑。最后,本文定性的分析了UHF电磁波在变压器内部传播衰减规律,并通过安置在变压器真型平台上的局部放电模型和特高频传感器验证其正确性,得到了满意的结果。
[Abstract]:Power transformer is the core of energy conversion and transmission in power network. In order to ensure its safe and reliable operation, it is necessary to monitor the internal insulation of transformer on line. The transformer is oil-paper insulation structure. The fault is mainly caused by partial discharge (PD). UHF UHF sensor detects electromagnetic waves emitted when partial discharge occurs. UHF electromagnetic wave detection has many advantages, such as strong anti-interference ability, high frequency, frequency bandwidth, large amount of information and so on. Therefore, it has been a hot spot to study partial discharge on-line monitoring. In this paper, an experimental platform is established to simulate a variety of partial discharges of 220 kV transformers. A variety of real controllable PD models are developed and verified through the laboratory simulation of small platform system tests. The corresponding discharge characteristics of each model are given. The model is combined with the true transformer platform. It can provide theoretical support and platform support for the operation and detection of UHF sensors. In this paper, several commonly used UHF sensors, including dipole dipole antenna, microstrip antenna and disk antenna, are studied. The performance of several antennas is compared and verified by using disk antenna as reference on the true transformer platform, and two kinds of non-traditional UHF sensors, electromagnetic combined dual antenna and conformal antenna are proposed. After the theoretical research, the two antennas are tested and explored, and the theoretical support for the popularization and application of the two antennas is obtained. Finally, the attenuation law of UHF electromagnetic wave propagation in the transformer is analyzed qualitatively in this paper. The correctness of the model is verified by the partial discharge model and UHF sensor installed on the true platform of transformer, and the satisfactory results are obtained.
