【摘要】:三相电压的不平衡度是电源质量的一个很重要的指标,尤其是对于需要带单相负载等不平衡负载的场合。应用于航空领域的中频电源,其所带的负载是多种多样的,既有平衡负载,也有非线性不平衡负载。如何实现在各种负载情况下逆变电源均能输出三相对称且畸变率小的电压波形的研究具有重要的意义。 对三相逆变器带不平衡负载的研究主要集中在逆变器的拓扑结构和控制策略上,本文选择了最具优势的三相四桥臂逆变拓扑结构作为逆变电源的主电路结构,在三相静止坐标系以及旋转坐标系下建立了其数学模型。由于四桥臂结构的特殊性,其PWM调制方式也是一个主要的研究部分,常用的三维空间矢量调制(3D-SVPWM)方式实现复杂且计算量大,本文采用了一种基于载波比较的标量PWM调制方式,对其原理及实现方法进行了详细的分析,其实现简单且具有空间矢量调制方式的诸多优点。 谐振控制器具有对交流信号的无静差跟踪能力,本文在0坐标系中,,在电压电流双环控制结构的基础上提出了一种新的控制策略。该控制系统不仅实现了对零序分量的独立控制,而且可以保证对正序以及负序分量的准确跟踪,同时谐波谐振控制器的加入可以降低输出电压的谐波含量。并且利用Nyquist稳定判据对含有谐振控制器的系统进行了稳定性分析。 最后,在Matlab/Simulink环境中搭建了系统的仿真模型,对所设计的系统的动态和稳态性能进行仿真分析,仿真验证了所提出的控制策略的有效性。
[Abstract]:The three-phase voltage unbalance is a very important index of power quality, especially for the need to load with single phase unbalanced load conditions. The medium frequency power supply used in aviation field, the load belt is varied, both have nonlinear load balanced and unbalanced load. How to realize the in all kinds of load conditions of inverter power supply can is of great significance to study the output three-phase symmetrical voltage waveform distortion rate and small.
The three-phase inverter with unbalanced load research mainly focuses on the topology and control strategy of inverter, this paper chose the three-phase four leg inverter is the most advantage as the main circuit structure of inverter in three-phase static coordinate system and the rotating coordinate system the mathematical model is established. Because of the particularity of the four bridge arm structure, the PWM modulation is also a major part of the research of 3D space vector modulation (3D-SVPWM) commonly used to achieve complex and large amount of calculation, this paper uses a scalar PWM modulation carrier based on comparison of the principle and realization method are analyzed in detail. The advantages of the simple with space vector modulation.
The resonant controller has no static error tracking ability of AC signal, based on the 0 coordinate system, based on the voltage and current loop control structure puts forward a new control strategy. The control system not only realizes the independent control of the zero sequence component, and can guarantee to the positive sequence and negative sequence components for accurate tracking at the same time, adding a harmonic resonant controller can reduce the harmonic content of output voltage. And the use of Nyquist on the system stability criterion with resonant controller for the stability analysis.
Finally, a simulation model is built in the Matlab/Simulink environment, and the dynamic and steady performance of the designed system is simulated and analyzed. The effectiveness of the proposed control strategy is verified by simulation.
