风电场集群无功电压协调控制研究

【摘要】:随着风电并网容量的增加,大规模风电并网给电力系统带来的无功电压问题越来越突出,大规模风电并网后的无功电压控制是电网目前亟待解决的问题。目前国内的风电场大多采取集中式并网,由几个到十几个风电场组成的风电场集群在空间上相互邻近,彼此间电气联系紧密,可将这些风电场与集中接入的汇集变电站作为一个整体进行协调控制。建立统一的协调控制模式,将对提高风电场集群区域的电压稳定和降低网损有明显的改善效果,从而进一步增强电网接纳风电的能力。 本文首先研究了风电场无功电压调节能力,详细分析了普通异步风电机组、双馈感应风电机组、直驱式永磁同步风电机组的无功电压调节能力,以及风电场内不同类型无功补偿设备的无功电压调节能力。 其次,设计了风电场集群无功电压控制系统的总体构架、通信接口、数据交换内容以及系统主要模块功能。考虑风电场间协调配合、风电场与汇集变电站间协调配合,提出了风电场集群的无功电压协调控制策略,具体包括风电场集群的电压优化控制策略,风电场集群的电压越限控制策略,风电汇集变电站的无功电压协调控制策略。 最后,以某地区风电场集群为研究对象,对论文所提的风电场集群无功电压协调控制策略进行了仿真验证。算例仿真结果表明,采用本文所提策略后风电场集群电压水平得到了显著改善,风电场集群区域的网损也有明显降低。测试结果验证了本文所提风电场集群无功电压协调控制策略的正确性和有效性。
[Abstract]:With the increase of wind power capacity, voltage and reactive power and the integration of large-scale wind power electric power system caused more serious, the reactive power and voltage control is the power of the problem to be solved after the large-scale wind power integration. At present, the domestic wind farm mostly adopt centralized grid connected wind farm cluster, by several to a dozen wind farm adjacent to each other in space, between the electrical contact closely, can will bring together these wind farms and centralized access to the substation as a whole. The establishment of coordinated control of the coordinated control mode of unified, to improve the voltage stability of wind farm clusters and reduce the net loss has significant effect, so as to further enhance the ability of power grid acceptance of wind power.
This paper studies the wind farm reactive voltage regulation capability, a detailed analysis of the asynchronous wind turbine, doubly fed induction wind power generator, direct drive voltage and reactive power adjustment ability of permanent magnet synchronous wind turbines, and wind farms in different types of reactive power compensation device for reactive power and voltage adjusting ability.
Secondly, the overall framework, the design of the wind farm cluster of reactive power and voltage control system communication interface, data exchange and the content of the main modules of the system. Considering the coordination between the wind farm, wind farm substation with a collection of coordination between, the proposed wind farm clusters of reactive power and voltage control strategy, including the optimal voltage control strategy the wind farm cluster, wind farm cluster limit voltage control strategy, wind collecting substation voltage and reactive power coordinated control strategy.
Finally, the wind farm cluster in a region as the research object, the wind farm cluster proposed the reactive power control strategy is verified by simulation. The simulation results show that, with the proposed strategy after the wind farm cluster voltage level has been significantly improved, the net loss of wind farm clusters also decreased significantly. The test results verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed wind farm cluster reactive power control strategy.
