城南电网调度自动化分析与应用研究

【摘要】:智能电网是电力系统发展的趋势,电力系统自动化是智能电网的核心,,调度自动化作为电力系统自动化的一个重要内容,能够有效地实现电力调度,提供高质量的电能,对于维护电力设备安全、稳定、优质地运行起着至关重要的作用。天津市城南电网是天津电网的重要组成部分,城南电网调度自动化的实现对于城南供电具有重要意义。 本文对国内外调度现状进行分析,根据城南电网具体情况,对城南电网调度自动化系统进行了运行研究和分析: 首先,对城南电网现状进行分析,包括资产情况和运行情况,发现城南电网有计划停电任务重、故障多、人员缺乏等问题,根据城南电网特点本文分析了实施调度自动化的必要性和预期可实现的目标。 其次,根据调度自动化要求,给出了城南电网的调度化需求,包括在报表、“四遥”功能、图形规范化要求、事故告警和处理故障以及AVC方面的功能需求,选取OPEN3000调度自动化系统,然后对OPEN3000进行了分析,通过分析该系统能够满足要求,实现城南电网自动化。 最后,根据城南电网特点,对AVC进行了分析,AVC作为OPEN3000的一个重要功能,能够实现闭环自动控制电压,优化电压曲线,对于实现电力调度自动化具有重要意义。 通过上述研究,发现OPEN3000还有一些功能有待开发和研究,下一步工作将继续研究新的功能。
[Abstract]:Smart grid is the development trend of power system. Power system automation is the core of smart grid. As an important part of power system automation, dispatching automation can effectively realize power dispatching. Providing high quality electric energy plays an important role in maintaining the safety, stability and high quality operation of power equipment. Tianjin Chengnan Power Grid is an important part of Tianjin Power Grid. The realization of dispatching automation in Chengnan power grid is of great significance to the power supply in the south of the city. In this paper, the present situation of dispatching at home and abroad is analyzed. According to the specific situation of Chengnan Power Grid, the operation research and analysis of the dispatching automation system of Chengnan Power Grid are carried out. First of all, the paper analyzes the current situation of Chengnan power network, including assets and operation situation, found that there are serious planned power outages, more failures, lack of personnel and other problems. According to the characteristics of Chengnan power network, this paper analyzes the necessity and expected goal of dispatching automation. Secondly, according to the requirements of dispatching automation, the dispatching requirements of Chengnan power network are given, including the requirements of report, "four remote" functions and the standardization of graphics. This paper selects the OPEN3000 dispatching automation system, and then analyzes the OPEN3000 based on the fault alarm, fault handling and the functional requirements of AVC. By analyzing that the system can meet the requirements, the automation of Chengnan power grid is realized. Finally, according to the characteristics of Chengnan power network, the AVC is analyzed as an important function of OPEN3000, which can realize the closed-loop automatic control voltage and optimize the voltage curve. It is of great significance to realize the automation of electric power dispatching. Through the above research, we find that there are still some functions to be developed and studied in OPEN3000, and we will continue to study the new functions in the next step.
