【摘要】:近年来,由于电子式互感器以及断路器等智能化装置的应用,加速了智能变电站的发展进程。使得变电站信息的采集、传输、处理过程实现了数字化,继电保护装置也实现了数字化光纤通信,对新型继电保护装置的检测也提出了新的要求。基于DL/T860标准的数字式继电保护测试仪的开发与应用有助于提高继电保护测试水平、防止继电保护及安全自动装置不正确动作,对保障电网安全稳定的运行有着重要的现实意义。为了实现对数字继电保护装置进行检测,数字继电保护测试仪应运而生,而国内尚无对数字继电保护测试仪进行检测的装置,因此开展对数字继电保护测试仪的检测装置的研究具有重要的意义。 本课题设计并研制出数字继电保护测试仪检测装置,该装置不仅可以完成12路模拟小信号的检测,也能够完成符合IEC61850-9-1、IEC61850-9-2LE、IEC61850-9-2协议采样值的解析。实现了12路小信号以及符合IEC61850协议采样值各通道数据的幅度、频率、相位的测量及波形显示,完成了对数字继电保护测试仪主要功能的检测。小信号检测模块以DSP处理器TMS320F2812为核心处理器,采用高精度A/D芯片ADS8556,使用非同步采样方法实现信号的采集,采集到的数据传至上位机,由上位机进行数据的处理和运算。IEC61850采样值解析采用光电交换机,实现了光电信号的转换,使用可视化开发工具Delphi调用WinPcap函数完成了网卡数据的抓包捕获工作。在数据处理上采用了4项5阶Nuttall窗插值算法实现了对FFT的运算结果的修正,达到了更高的精度。 本文首先对课题的研究意义和数字继电保护装置的现状进行了介绍,详细讲述了数字继电保护测试仪检测装置的实现过程,其次对IEC61850协议进行了详细介绍,并详细介绍了4项5阶Nuttall窗插值算法。结合硬件原理图对硬件电路进行了分析,,软件部分则给出了程序流程图,对抓包和采样值的解析作了详细介绍。最后提出系统的不足之处,提出改进意见来进一步完善和改进系统。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the application of electronic transformer and circuit breaker accelerates the development of intelligent substation, which makes the collection, transmission and processing of substation information digitized. The relay protection device also realizes the digital optical fiber communication. The development and application of digital relay protection tester based on DL/T860 standard is helpful to improve the test level of relay protection. To prevent the incorrect action of relay protection and safety automatic device, it has important practical significance to ensure the safe and stable operation of power network. In order to realize the detection of digital relay protection device. Digital relay protection tester emerges as the times require, but there is no testing device for digital relay protection tester in China. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the testing device of digital relay protection tester. This project designs and develops the digital relay protection tester detection device, which can not only complete 12 analog small signal detection, but also complete the IEC61850-9-1. IEC61850-9-2LE. IEC61850-9-2 protocol sample value analysis. 12 channels of small signal and consistent with the IEC61850 protocol sampling value of each channel data amplitude, frequency, phase measurement and waveform display. The main functions of the digital relay protection tester are tested. The small signal detection module takes DSP processor TMS320F2812 as the core processor. In this paper, the research significance of the subject and the status quo of digital relay protection device are introduced, and the realization process of the digital relay protection tester is described in detail. Secondly, the IEC61850 protocol is introduced in detail, and four five-order Nuttall window interpolation algorithms are introduced in detail, and the hardware circuit is analyzed in combination with the hardware schematic diagram. In the software part, the program flow chart is given, and the analysis of the grasping packet and the sampling value is introduced in detail. Finally, the deficiency of the system is put forward, and the improvement suggestions are put forward to further perfect and improve the system.
