【摘要】:自我国十一五节能减排取得显著成效后,国务院又发布了节能减排十二五规划,对节能减排的目标提出了新的要求。目前我国节能理念已深入人心,全民节能环保意识不断加强,作为企业,通过实施节能改进,不仅可以降低能耗成本,增加经济效益,同时也能缓解社会能源消耗的压力,提高企业的社会形象,创建环境友好型、资源节约型的企业和社会贡献自己的力量。所以如何控制并降低设备能耗水平成了每个生产企业必要的研究内容。在火力发电厂中,风机系统耗电量是厂用电率的重要组成部分。本文通过现场试验、理论分析、方案研究,了解某325MW火电机组送、引风机热态性能及目前运行状况。根据试验结果分析节能空间,提出与系统相匹配的合理的设计参数和节能改造建议。对节能改造建议进行可行性论证、投资与回收时间计算。进而为该火电厂其余3台机组运行提供指导依据,并供电力行业同类型发电机组的节能和改造工作做为参考和推广。
[Abstract]:Since the 11th Five-Year Plan has achieved remarkable results, the State Council has issued the 12th Five-Year Plan of Energy Saving and Emission reduction, which puts forward new requirements for the goal of energy saving and emission reduction. At present, the concept of energy conservation in China has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. The awareness of energy conservation and environmental protection of the whole people is constantly strengthened. As an enterprise, energy saving and improvement can not only reduce the cost of energy consumption, increase economic benefits, but also alleviate the pressure of social energy consumption. Improve the social image of enterprises and create environment-friendly. Resource-saving enterprises and society contribute their own strength. Therefore, how to control and reduce the level of equipment energy consumption has become a necessary research content for every production enterprise. The power consumption of fan system is an important part of the auxiliary power consumption. This paper, through field test, theoretical analysis and scheme study, understands the transmission of a 325MW thermal power unit. According to the test results, the energy saving space is analyzed, and the reasonable design parameters and energy saving renovation suggestions matching with the system are put forward, and the feasibility of the energy saving reconstruction suggestions is demonstrated. The calculation of investment and recovery time provides the guidance basis for the operation of the remaining 3 generating units in the power plant and provides a reference for the energy-saving and retrofit work of the same type of generating units in the power industry as a reference and extension.
