【摘要】:电力系统状态估计是依据调度自动化系统的遥测遥信信息,模拟出系统完备的运行状态。它可以检验开关状态的位置,修正误差数据,模拟出比自动化系统遥测数据更精确的运行方式。也能模拟出未装量测装置的潮流,以及一些很难量测的电气量。状态估计为调度运行人员掌握整个系统运行提供了更准确的平台,并且还为一些其它高级应用软件铺设了完整实时系统运行方式。本文基于上海电力公司“三集五大”建设的背景下,从上海市北供电公司调控中心状态估计等高级应用运行和日常维护的现状出发,整理出对于各类不同影响到状态估计运行的情况所应对的处理方法。同时,针对状态估计参数存在误差的情况,给出了一套状态估计参数修正的方法,对于辨识及检测系统中的误差数据,补充缺失量测点数据,提高状态估计合格率以及改进SCADA量测的正确性和合理配置有十分明显的作用。通过提高状态估计合格率,提升了其它相关高级应用功能的准确率,不但为调度员解决分析系统中发生的各种问题,并对系统的运行趋势作出预测起到良好的帮助,还有助于远动运行值班同志依据状态估计计算得到的结果改善和维护自动化系统的缺陷部分。确保了电力系统的安全和经济运行,为三集五大的顺利建设添加了重要的砝码。
[Abstract]:Power system state estimation is based on the telemetry remote signal information of the dispatching automation system to simulate the complete operation state of the system. It can check the position of the switching state and correct the error data. It can also simulate the power flow of unloaded measuring devices by simulating a more accurate operation mode than the automatic system telemetry data. State estimation provides a more accurate platform for dispatchers to master the operation of the whole system. This paper is based on the background of "three sets and five big" construction of Shanghai Electric Power Company. Starting from the current situation of advanced application operation and daily maintenance such as regulation center state estimation of Shanghai Bei Power supply Company, this paper puts forward the methods to deal with various kinds of situations that affect the operation of state estimation. At the same time. In view of the error of the state estimation parameters, a set of state estimation parameters correction method is presented, which can supplement the missing measurement data for the error data in the identification and detection system. It is very important to increase the qualified rate of state estimation and to improve the correctness and reasonable configuration of SCADA measurement. By increasing the qualified rate of state estimation, the accuracy of other related advanced application functions is improved. Not only for dispatchers to solve all kinds of problems that occurred in the analysis system, but also for the system to predict the running trend of good help. It is also helpful to improve and maintain the defect part of the automation system and ensure the safety and economic operation of the power system. It adds important weights for the smooth construction of three sets and five major projects.
