【摘要】：随着智能配电网的发展,配电网中数据规模越来越大,数据类型越来越多,实时性越来越强,对配电网信息集成的要求越来越高。配电网的信息集成为实现自愈提供了技术支撑,本文在配电网信息集成的基础上,提出了利用和声算法划分孤岛的方法,考虑了孤岛内有功功率平衡、线路电流不过载等约束条件,以恢复的关键负荷最多为目标,将配网结构图转化为节点赋权的连通图,建立配电网孤岛划分数学模型,用和声算法进行寻优,然后对当前最优解进行潮流校验,最终给出较优的孤岛划分方案,以实现对关键负荷的保障。通过美国PGE69节点标准算例分析表明,本文方法能在故障发生后及时划分合理的孤岛范围,验证了其有效性。
