【摘要】:近年来,电力电子制造技术、微处理器技术以及现代电机控制理论的发展极大地促进了交流变频调速的发展。三相异步电动机采用空间矢量控制技术可以获得与直流电机相媲美的调速性能,而且三相异步电动机空间矢量控制系统具有更高的调速精度、更快的响应速度和更大的调速范围。论文深入研究了电压空间矢量控制技术,设计了一台基于TMS320F2812的三相异步电动机空间矢量控制系统,并通过仿真与实验对该电机控制系统的性能进行测试和评估。 首先,选用鼠笼式三相异步电动机作为研究对象,利用坐标变换理论,分析了三相异步电动机在三相静止坐标系、两相静止坐标系以及旋转坐标系下的基本数学模型。利用转子磁链定向矢量控制技术,实现了三相异步电动机定子电流的励磁分量和转矩分量的解耦。分析了电压空间矢量调制技术的算法以及实现方法,设计了三相异步电动机的双闭环矢量控制系统。 在Matlab/Simulink平台上建立了转子磁链定向的三相异步电动机矢量控制模型。包括三相异步电动机模块、坐标变换模块、转子磁链观测器模块、PI调节器模块以及SVPWM模块等。对电机的启动性能以及加负载变速运行进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明所建模型的动态过程符合实际调速系统运动过程。 根据三相异步电动机空间矢量控制的原理,以TMS320F2812型DSP作为控制芯片,完成了三相异步电动机空间矢量控制系统硬件与软件的设计。硬件设计包括主电路、检测电路以及辅助电路的设计;软件设计包括了主程序、定时器(T1)中断子程序、电流采样程序、转速采样程序、PI调节器程序、转子磁链计算程序以及SVPWM波形生成程序。通过软件开发平台CCS3.3编写控制程序,最后记录了实验波形并进行分析,验证了系统设计的有效性。同时对实验中出现的问题进行了分析和讨论,为后续的研究奠定了必要的基础。
[Abstract]:In recent years, power electronics manufacturing technology. The development of microprocessor technology and modern motor control theory has greatly promoted the development of AC variable frequency speed regulation. Three-phase asynchronous motor can achieve speed regulation performance comparable to DC motor by using space vector control technology. And three-phase asynchronous motor space vector control system has higher speed accuracy, faster response speed and larger speed range. A three-phase asynchronous motor space vector control system based on TMS320F2812 is designed, and its performance is tested and evaluated by simulation and experiment. Firstly, the squirrel-cage three-phase asynchronous motor is selected as the research object, and the coordinate transformation theory is used to analyze the three-phase asynchronous motor in the three-phase static coordinate system. The basic mathematical model of two-phase stationary coordinate system and rotating coordinate system. The rotor flux oriented vector control technology is used. The excitation component and torque component of stator current of three-phase asynchronous motor are decoupled, and the algorithm and implementation method of voltage space vector modulation are analyzed. A double closed loop vector control system for three-phase asynchronous motor is designed. The vector control model of rotor flux oriented three-phase asynchronous motor is established on Matlab/Simulink platform, which includes three-phase asynchronous motor module and coordinate transformation module. Rotor flux observer module. Pi regulator module and SVPWM module, etc. The start-up performance of motor and load and speed change operation are simulated and analyzed. The simulation results show that the dynamic process of the model accords with the actual speed regulation system motion process. . According to the principle of space vector control of three-phase asynchronous motor, TMS320F2812 DSP is used as the control chip. The hardware and software of the space vector control system of three-phase asynchronous motor are designed. The hardware design includes the main circuit, the detection circuit and the auxiliary circuit. The software design includes main program, timer T1) interrupt subroutine, current sampling program, rotational speed sampling program and Pi regulator program. Rotor flux calculation program and SVPWM waveform generation program. Through the software development platform CCS3.3 to write the control program, finally recorded the experimental waveform and analysis. The effectiveness of the system design is verified, and the problems in the experiment are analyzed and discussed, which lays a necessary foundation for further research.
