【摘要】:染料敏化太阳能电池由于具有低廉的制作成本、特殊的结构、较好的光电性能,越来越成为新型高效廉价太阳能电池领域的研究热点,自1991年以来,就引起了众多研究者的广泛兴趣。因此,染料敏化太阳能电池在太阳能电池的研究中具有重要意义以及良好的应用前景。但目前与得到人们认可的硅太阳能电池相比,染料敏化太阳能电池的光电转化效率仍然很低,距离走入人们的日常生活还有一段距离,因此提高染料敏化太阳能电池的光电转化效率是目前太阳能电池研究的一个重要方面。本论文通过对天然染料敏化剂的选用和对准固态电解质的制备来提高染料敏化太阳能电池的光电性能。染料敏化太阳能电池具有“人造树叶”的美称,因此天然植物提取的染料作为光敏剂一直备受关注,本文采用了一种有效的天然染料的提取方法,从不同的植物中提取了十一种天然染料,包括蔬菜、水果、茶叶等,组装成天然染料敏化太阳能电池,检测其光电性能。并对这些天然染料进行了UV-Vis光谱的测试。得到天然染料敏化太阳能电池的开路电压(Voc)和短路电流密度(Jsc),其中从蓝莓中提取的染料敏化的太阳能电池的光电性能最好,得到了1.11%的光电转化效率。为了提高染料敏化太阳能电池的制作效率,本实验还采用了静电喷镀技术,将染料喷镀到工作电极上,这种技术不仅提高了染料敏化太阳能电池的制作效率,从检测结果看,染料的吸光度也大大提高,为染料敏化太阳能电池效率的提高以及染料敏化太阳能电池的商业化发展奠定了基础。电解质是染料敏化太阳能电池的重要组成部分之一。准固态电解质介于液态电解质和固态电解质之间,不仅具有良好的光电性能,而且值得的准固态染料敏化太阳能电池的稳定性也较好。本论文采用丙烯酸-聚乙二醇共混聚合物为基体形成凝胶,通过吸附液态电解质而形成准固态电解质,并考虑了四个因素对准固态电解质光电性能的影响,这四个因素为不同的反应时间、不同分子量的聚乙二醇、不同干燥时间和不同KI与12的摩尔比。
[Abstract]:The dye-sensitized solar cell due to its low production costs, special structure, good optical performance, has increasingly become a hotspot of new efficient cheap solar battery field, since 1991, it has aroused extensive interest of many researchers. Therefore, dye-sensitized solar cells has important significance and good application prospect in the research of solar energy the battery. But at present with silicon solar cells recognized compared to the photoelectric conversion efficiency of dye-sensitized solar cells is still low, the distance into people's daily life and a distance, thus improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the dye-sensitized solar cell is one of the important aspects of the current solar cell research. This paper based on selection of natural dyes and quasi solid electrolyte preparation to improve the photoelectric dye-sensitized solar cell The performance of dye-sensitized solar cells. With "artificial leaves" reputation, therefore extracted from natural plants dyes as photosensitizers have been of concern, this paper adopts a method for extraction of natural dyes effectively, from different plants were extracted eleven kinds of natural dyes, including vegetables, fruits, tea, natural dye sensitized assembly solar cell, detecting its optical and electrical properties of these natural dyes were tested. The UV-Vis spectra of the open circuit voltage natural dye-sensitized solar cell (Voc) and short-circuit current density (Jsc), wherein the photoelectric properties of dye sensitized solar cell extracted from blueberry in the best, the photoelectric conversion efficiency of 1.11%. In order to improve the production efficiency of dye-sensitized solar cell, this experiment also used electrostatic spraying technology, the dye sprayed onto the working electrode, this kind of technology can not only improve The production efficiency of dye-sensitized solar cell, the results show that the dye absorbance is greatly improved, laid the foundation for the commercial development of the efficiency of dye sensitized solar cell and dye-sensitized solar cell. The electrolyte is one of the most important parts of the dye-sensitized solar cell. Between the quasi solid electrolyte between solid and liquid electrolyte the electrolyte, not only has good photoelectric properties, and stability of quasi solid state dye-sensitized solar cells is also better. This paper adopts acrylic acid - polyethylene glycol blend polymerization as the matrix to form a gel formed by adsorption of liquid electrolyte, quasi solid electrolyte, and consider four factors on photoelectric properties of solid electrolyte, the four the factors for different reaction time, peg with different molecular weight, different drying time and different KI and 1 2 of the mole ratio.
