【摘要】:随着国家智能电网发展战略的确定,做为其建设基石的智能电表也得到了较大的发展空间,国家电网公司根据自身的需求,制定并发布了符合中国国情的一系列技术规范和技术标准。目前,智能电表正在迅猛发展,逐步取代传统的机械式电表、普通电子式电表。与传统电表相比较,智能电表具有计量精度高、功能齐全、性能稳定、同时具备系统自动监测及修复功能,极大地方便了电力人员对居民用电的管理。本文设计的三相远程费控智能电能表,参考国网公司关于三相智能电表的功能要求和设计规范,除了具有计量功能外,还具有用电信息采集、双向通信、远程费控、掉电监测、防窃电、负荷开关控制等功能。首先,本文介绍了智能电能表的背景,当前国内外智能电能表的发展现状,并详细介绍了三相远程费控智能电能表设计的主要功能和技术指标。然后重点介绍了智能表的硬件总体设计,以ADI公司的ADE7858三相表计量芯片和基于ARM Cortex-M3内核的MCU LPC1766为核心,采用模块化设计技术,详细介绍了电源模块、计量模块、微控制器模块、RS485通信模块、红外通信模块、负荷控制模块等关键电路的功能和工作原理。软件从软件工程的角度出发,采用面向对象的模块化设计思想,将电能表软件划分成若干个功能独立的模块,各模块独立开发,具有统一的格式和规范;模块间采用统一接口,方便访问和调用,各模块功能可以根据具体需求进行配置,整个软件设计做到了易于开发和维护。最后介绍了智能电能表的系统调试,并对电能表的准确度、电气性能、绝缘性能、电磁兼容以及软件功能进行了详细的测试验证,并给出了具体的测试数据。通过中国电力科学研究院出具的检测合格报告可以得出:本文设计的三相远程费控智能电能表是款性能可靠、抗干扰能力强、计量精确的电能表,完全满足国家电网公司对三相远程费控智能电能表的要求,具有广阔的应用前景。最后,对智能电表的今后发展做出了一个展望,通信方式的不断发展,将促进智能电表向更加智能化、网络化、多功能化、人机交互化方面高速发展。
[Abstract]:With the determination of the national smart grid development strategy, the smart meter, which is the cornerstone of its construction, has also got a large space for development, and the State Grid Company according to its own needs. A series of technical specifications and technical standards have been formulated and issued in line with China's national conditions. At present, intelligent ammeters are developing rapidly and are gradually replacing the traditional mechanical ammeters and ordinary electronic ammeters, compared with the traditional ammeters. The intelligent electric meter has high measuring precision, complete function, stable performance, automatic monitoring and repairing function of the system at the same time. This paper designs a three-phase remote fee control intelligent watt-hour meter, referring to the functional requirements and design specifications of the three-phase intelligent meter. In addition to the metering function, it also has the functions of electric information collection, two-way communication, remote cost control, power loss monitoring, anti-theft, load switch control and so on. First, this paper introduces the background of intelligent watt-hour meter. At present, the development status of intelligent watt-hour meter at home and abroad is introduced, and the main function and technical index of three-phase remote fee-controlled intelligent watt-hour meter design are introduced in detail. Then, the overall hardware design of intelligent meter is introduced emphatically. Based on the ADE7858 three-phase meter metering chip of ADI Company and the MCU LPC1766 based on ARM Cortex-M3 kernel, the modular design technology is adopted. The power module, measurement module, microcontroller module RS485 communication module, infrared communication module are introduced in detail. Function and working principle of the key circuits such as load control module. From the point of view of software engineering, the software divides the watt-hour meter software into several functional independent modules by using the object-oriented modular design idea. Each module independently develops, has the unified format and the specification; The module uses a unified interface to facilitate access and call, each module function can be configured according to specific needs, the whole software design is easy to develop and maintain. Finally, the system debugging of intelligent watt-hour meter is introduced. The accuracy, electrical performance, insulation performance, electromagnetic compatibility and software function of the watt-hour meter are tested and verified in detail. Through the test report issued by the China Institute of Electric Power Science, it can be concluded that the three-phase remote fee control intelligent watt-hour meter designed in this paper is reliable in performance and strong in anti-jamming ability. The accurate measurement of the watt-hour meter fully meets the requirements of the State Grid Company for the three-phase remote fee-controlled intelligent watt-hour meter, and has a broad application prospect. Finally, the future development of the intelligent meter is prospected. The continuous development of communication mode will promote the intelligent ammeter to be more intelligent, networked, multifunctional and human-computer interaction.
