【摘要】:电力调度工作最核心的任务是要维系系统出力与负荷相平衡、保证电力系统安全稳定的运行,因此发电计划管理工作是电网安全调度非常重要的环节。随着山西电网的飞速发展,特别是特高压投运和新能源不断接入,需要采用更为高效的协调运作机制和更为先进的技术支持手段来保证电网安全稳定运行和连续供电。本文首先对山西电网调度计划及安全校核系统中的日计划系统的决策技术和模式制定进行了分析和研究,包括了日调度计划、火电调度计划、实时调度计划、阻塞管理四个模块并构建了数学模型及其算法。其次,本文对山西电网调度计划及安全校核系统的总体设计和组建方案进行了详细论述。在系统安全方面严格遵循山西电网的规定,按照安全等级部署于安全二区中,对外部访问进行了严格的数据过滤和权限控制。系统的硬件体系结构由信息采集平台、日前计划子系统、实时调度计划子系统、运行监视、数据统计分析子系统等构成。可以根据系统的要求建立遥测实时库、计划实时库、趋势实时库等核心数据实时库,同时系统还能够处理各种运行信息的实时库,负责整个应用系统的实时数据库管理、实时数据处理、统计数据处理、报警处理、运算、数据服务请求处理,并提供双机热备功能。最后,本文将山西电网调度计划及安全校核系统研究的各功能应用到山西电网调度运行实际中去,对各功能的应用做了全方位的结果分析与运行监视,该系统立足于山西电网调度实际情况,发掘资源配置效率提升空间,从数学模型、物理实际及经济学角度剖析了日发电调度的协调配置机理,提出了相应的多目标优化决策技术,并搭建了先进的调度决策技术支持系统,显著提高了山西电网日发电调度决策的前瞻性和可执行性。
[Abstract]:The core task of power dispatching is to maintain the balance of power and load, and to ensure the safe and stable operation of power system. With the rapid development of Shanxi power grid, especially the UHV operation and new energy access. More efficient coordinated operation mechanism and more advanced technical support are needed to ensure the safe and stable operation and continuous power supply of the power network. Firstly, the daily planning system of Shanxi power grid dispatching plan and safety check system is introduced in this paper. The decision-making technology and model of the system are analyzed and studied. Including daily scheduling plan, thermal power scheduling plan, real-time scheduling plan, blocking management four modules and build a mathematical model and algorithm. Secondly. In this paper, the overall design and construction scheme of Shanxi power grid dispatching plan and safety check system are discussed in detail. The system security strictly follows the regulations of Shanxi power network and is deployed in the second area of security according to the security level. The hardware architecture of the system is composed of information acquisition platform, pre-day planning subsystem, real-time scheduling planning subsystem, and operation monitoring. According to the requirements of the system, the real-time database of telemetry, the real-time database of plan, the real-time database of trend, and so on can be established. At the same time, the system can also deal with all kinds of real-time database of operation information. Responsible for the whole application system real-time database management, real-time data processing, statistical data processing, alarm processing, operation, data service request processing, and provide dual-computer hot standby function. In this paper, the functions of Shanxi power grid dispatching plan and security check system are applied to the actual operation of Shanxi power grid dispatching, and the results of the application of each function are analyzed and monitored in all directions. This system is based on the actual situation of Shanxi power grid dispatching, excavates the space to improve the efficiency of resource allocation, and analyzes the coordination allocation mechanism of daily generation dispatching from the point of view of mathematical model, physical reality and economics. The corresponding multi-objective optimization decision technology is put forward and the advanced dispatching decision support system is built, which improves the foresight and executability of the daily generation dispatch decision in Shanxi power grid.
