【摘要】:近些年,我国的经济飞速发展必然离不开电力的保障,电力设施的平稳持续安全运行,是保证供电过程稳定、安全、可靠的前提。电网的不健全运行必然会造成停电等诸多事故,这不仅会给当地带来巨大的经济损失,而且还会严重影响当地人们的日常生活,更严重的还会影响国家的长治久安战略。变压器作为电力系统的枢纽设备,其安全可靠的运行对于整个电力系统的稳定运行至关重要。在实际运行条件下,由于面临不同负荷以及其它特殊情况,变压器会出现各种老化现象,最终导致其实际运行寿命远不及铭牌寿命。所以,对变压器的绝缘老化机理的分析,并能准确评估变压器的运行寿命,对电力系统的安全、可靠与稳定运行,具有非常重要的应用价值和现实意义。本文主要针对环氧浇注干式变压器寿命问题,详细剖析了干式变压器电气绝缘材料之环氧树脂的老化机理,侧重介绍介质损耗因数tan δ对环氧树脂老化的影响。本文不仅从物理化学因素对环氧浇注干式的老化机理进行定性分析,还重点提出三种具有可行性的寿命损失计算方法,对环氧浇注干式变压器的热老化问题以及寿命损失进行定量分析,此分析主要把变压器的绝缘老化率和寿命损失表示为变压器的运行温度、时间和负载的函数。依据定量计算寿命损失方法,可以较准确地评估干式变压器在特定环境运行下寿命损失,对预测干式变压器使用寿命具有一定的实用价值。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the rapid development of China's economy is bound to be inseparable from the protection of electricity, power facilities running smoothly and continuously, is to ensure the stability and safety of the power supply process. The unsound operation of the power grid will inevitably lead to power outages and many other accidents, which will not only bring huge economic losses to the local people, but also seriously affect the daily life of local people. As the hub equipment of power system, the safe and reliable operation of transformer is very important for the stable operation of the whole power system. In the face of different loads and other special conditions, transformer will appear various aging phenomena, resulting in its actual operation life is far less than nameplate life. Therefore, the insulation aging mechanism of transformer is analyzed. And can accurately evaluate the operating life of transformers, for the safe, reliable and stable operation of power systems, has a very important application value and practical significance. This paper mainly focuses on the life of epoxy cast-dry-type transformers. The aging mechanism of epoxy resin for electrical insulation materials of dry-type transformers was analyzed in detail. The effect of dielectric loss factor (tan 未) on the aging of epoxy resin is introduced. The aging mechanism of epoxy resin is analyzed qualitatively not only from physical and chemical factors but also from physical and chemical factors. Three feasible calculation methods of life loss are put forward, and the thermal aging problem and life loss of epoxy cast-dry-type transformer are analyzed quantitatively. In this analysis, the insulation aging rate and the life loss of the transformer are expressed as the function of the operating temperature, time and load of the transformer. The loss of service life of dry-type transformer under special environment can be evaluated more accurately, and it has certain practical value in predicting the service life of dry-type transformer.
