【摘要】:随着国家电网“三集五大”体系改革的深入推进,上海电网近年来加大了老旧变电站的改造力度。为了在老站改造过程中确保供电可靠性,改善检修方式下上海局部电网的薄弱性,迫切需要进行电网结构的优化,对基于配网结构的自愈系统进行分析和探讨。本文详细阐述了配电网自愈系统的整体构架及逻辑功能,并结合实例具体分析了自愈系统的逻辑动作行为。借鉴IEC61850通信技术在智能化变电站中的应用经验,将GOOSE通信模型应用于自愈系统主站与子站之间的数据通讯和信息交互。探讨了配电网自愈系统重构技术,介绍了自愈重构的目标函数及约束条件,提出一种启发式算法应用于分布式电源配电网的自愈重构,实现电网故障诊断与最优自愈控制,提高供电可靠性。结合110千伏“手拉手”西郊至大场串供自愈系统工程,具体介绍了GOOSE通信的组态配置方法,制定了动模试验、单体调试及系统联调的试验方案,为自愈系统工程的后续建设提供了借鉴和参考。最后,总结了本文的各项研究成果,并对配电网自愈系统未来的发展方向进行了展望。
[Abstract]:With the deepening reform of the "three sets and five" system of the State Grid, Shanghai Power Grid has increased the transformation of the old substation in recent years in order to ensure the reliability of the power supply in the process of the transformation of the old station. In order to improve the weakness of Shanghai local power network under the maintenance mode, it is urgent to optimize the power network structure. The self-healing system based on distribution network structure is analyzed and discussed. The whole structure and logic function of self-healing system in distribution network are described in detail in this paper. The logical action behavior of the self-healing system is analyzed with an example, and the application experience of IEC61850 communication technology in intelligent substation is used for reference. The GOOSE communication model is applied to the data communication and information exchange between the master station and the sub-station of the self-healing system. The reconfiguration technology of the self-healing system in the distribution network is discussed, and the objective function and constraint conditions of the self-healing reconfiguration are introduced. A heuristic algorithm is proposed to realize fault diagnosis and optimal self-healing control in distributed distribution network. In order to improve the reliability of power supply, the configuration and configuration method of GOOSE communication is introduced in detail, and the dynamic model test is made according to the project of 110kV "hand in hand" western suburb to large field serial self-healing system. The test scheme of single debugging and system adjustment provides a reference and reference for the subsequent construction of self-healing system engineering. Finally, the paper summarizes the research results of this paper. The future development direction of distribution network self-healing system is prospected.
