火力发电机组汽轮机及其辅助系统能效诊断方法的研究

【摘要】:目前,我国在运行的火电机组基本都配备了自动控制系统,但这些系统基本上都只是起到对机组状态和参数监控的作用,而不具备汽轮机能效指标评价、在线能效诊断、系统性能评价等技术。而电厂运行人员在调整机组运行过程中主要关注安全运行,对机组运行的经济性不够重视。因此,开发具备这些功能的汽轮机能效评价及诊断系统对于提高火电厂能效水平有重要意义。针对汽轮机能效诊断诊断,本文从两个方面进行研究:一是对汽轮机主要运行参数和局部能效指标参数的诊断,这部分主要采用偏差分析法和等效热降法,重点研究偏差分析法在汽轮机主要运行参数能效诊断中的应用机理和等效热降法在设备局部参数能效诊断中应用机理。二是对可能导致机组能效水平下降的热力系统设备异常或故障进行诊断,这部分主要采用故障树分析原理同模糊诊断规则相结合的复合诊断方法,重点研究如何将这种诊断方法应用于回热系统和凝汽器性能诊断当中。文中分别对相应的诊断模块针对某电厂350MW机组进行了案例分析和诊断测试,验证了诊断模型的正确性。确定诊断模型之后,文章介绍了运用上述诊断方法对目标电厂某350MW机组进行几种工况下的诊断,并做出了详细的诊断报告,将诊断方法应用于实际当中,验证了诊断思路的正确性,为开发诊断软件奠定了扎实的理论基础。
[Abstract]:At present, the thermal power units in operation in China are basically equipped with automatic control systems, but these systems basically only play a role in monitoring the unit status and parameters, but do not have the evaluation of turbine energy efficiency index. On-line energy efficiency diagnosis system performance evaluation and other technologies. Power plant operators mainly pay attention to safe operation in the process of adjusting unit operation and pay less attention to the economy of unit operation. The development of steam turbine energy efficiency evaluation and diagnosis system with these functions is of great significance for improving the energy efficiency level of thermal power plants. This paper studies from two aspects: first, the main operating parameters of steam turbine and local energy efficiency index parameters diagnosis, this part of the main use of deviation analysis and equivalent heat drop method. The application mechanism of deviation analysis method in the energy efficiency diagnosis of main operating parameters of steam turbine and the application mechanism of equivalent heat drop method in the diagnosis of local energy efficiency of equipment are mainly studied. System equipment abnormal or fault diagnosis. This part mainly uses the fault tree analysis principle and the fuzzy diagnosis rule to combine the compound diagnosis method. The emphasis is on how to apply this diagnosis method to the performance diagnosis of regenerative system and condenser. The case analysis and diagnosis test of the corresponding diagnostic module for 350 MW unit in a power plant are carried out in this paper. The correctness of the diagnostic model is verified. After determining the diagnostic model, the paper introduces the diagnosis of a 350MW unit in a target power plant under several working conditions by using the above diagnostic method, and makes a detailed diagnosis report. The application of diagnostic method in practice verifies the correctness of diagnostic thinking and lays a solid theoretical foundation for the development of diagnostic software.
