【摘要】:LED照明杀菌灯是LED的最新应用方向之一,论文对LED照明杀菌灯及其关键技术进行了研究,研制了一款LED照明杀菌灯,并成功应用于家畜家禽养殖场室内环境。论文的主要工作围绕着照明杀菌灯的研制及其关键技术展开。 LED照明杀菌灯分为白光照明灯和紫外线杀菌灯两部分。论文首先对白光和紫外线光源进行了研究;其次,根据LED照明杀菌灯的性能指标,研究确定了LED白光照明灯和紫外线杀菌灯的驱动电源方案,两种驱动电源方案均采用开关电源作为拓扑结构,白光照明灯采用Buck拓扑结构,紫外线杀菌灯采用Flyback拓扑结构;论文还对LED驱动电源的组成部分进行了设计,包括EMI滤波、功率因数校正、箝位保护电路、高频变压器、线性恒流源、反馈电路等,并对各部分的具体参数进行分析和计算。 论文制作了LED照明杀菌灯的驱动电源和LED照明杀菌灯的样机。在实验室对LED驱动电源的漏极电压、输出电压和电流及其纹波等关键波形进行了测试和分析;在现场实际环境中进行了长期的试验;验证了方案的正确性。
[Abstract]:LED lighting germicidal lamp is one of the newest application directions of LED. This paper studies LED lighting germicidal lamp and its key technology, and develops a LED lighting germicidal lamp. It has been successfully applied to the indoor environment of livestock and poultry farms. The main work of this paper is focused on the development and key technology of lighting germicidal lamp. LED lighting bactericidal lamp is divided into white light lamp and ultraviolet bactericidal lamp. Firstly, the white light source and ultraviolet light source are studied in this paper. Secondly, according to the performance index of LED lighting bactericidal lamp, the driving power supply scheme of LED white light lamp and ultraviolet sterilization lamp is determined. Both drive power supply schemes adopt switching power supply as topology structure. The Buck topology was adopted for the white light lamp and the Flyback topology structure for the ultraviolet sterilization lamp. The paper also designs the components of LED driver power supply, including EMI filter, power factor correction, clamping protection circuit, high frequency transformer, linear constant current source, feedback circuit and so on. And the specific parameters of each part of the analysis and calculation. The driving power supply of LED lighting germicidal lamp and the prototype of LED lighting germicidal lamp are made in this paper. The drain voltage of the LED driving power supply is obtained in the laboratory. The key waveforms such as output voltage and current and their ripples are tested and analyzed. A long-term test was carried out in the actual field environment. The correctness of the scheme is verified.
