火电厂设备健康监测与远程故障诊断

【摘要】:随着市场经济的发展,国内的电力企业越来越迫切的认识到发电设备的可靠性是适应新的市场需要的重要保证,也是参与竞争的必不可少的先决条件。长期以来形成的计划检修模式已经越来越不适应现代企业发展的需要,因此对发电设备实施健康监测和远程故障诊断对于提高发电设备的可靠度和生产安全稳定性,提升电厂效益,使维修模式由计划检修向状态检修和精细化检修转变具有重大意义。本论文以中国华电集团公司开展的“精密诊断与远程诊断管理”项目为基础,在大量实践和理论研究的基础上提出了发电设备健康监测和远程故障诊断的基本结构和方案,对实施中的关键性技术问题进行了研究和验证。本文首先分析了电厂主要设备的故障模式及特征,设计了电厂设备健康监测的总体方案,并对远程诊断系统的网络构架进行了设计。其次,论文对专家自动诊断系统(EADS)的诊断规则和诊断流程进行了详细介绍,以诊断转子不平衡为例介绍了EADS的工作原理,并对实践中如何提高EADS的准确性进行了介绍。远程诊断功能是基于Internet的数据同步来实现的,数据同步利用了Sybase数据库的客户/服务器体系结构和开放式的数据接口,通过扫描和共享数据库的日志文件实现数据传输。最后,论文对电厂重要辅机设备健康监测的几个关键技术进行了研究。针对高压电气设备的局部放电采用的超声检测技术、高压异步电动机的动态监测(ESA)技术以及滚动轴承的冲击解调技术进行了研究和实践,对中速磨煤机的行星齿轮减速机故障诊断进行了初步研究。论文运用了当今世界上成熟先进的技术,立足于实践经验,并通过“精密诊断与远程诊断管理”项目验证了发电设备实施健康监测和远程故障诊断的实用性和科学性。
[Abstract]:With the development of market economy, more and more domestic power enterprises realize that the reliability of power generation equipment is an important guarantee to meet the needs of the new market. It is also an indispensable prerequisite to participate in the competition. The planned overhaul model which has been formed for a long time has become more and more unsuitable for the development of modern enterprises. Therefore, the implementation of health monitoring and remote fault diagnosis for power generation equipment to improve the reliability of generating equipment and production safety and stability, and improve the efficiency of power plants. It is of great significance to change the maintenance mode from planned maintenance to condition based maintenance and fine maintenance. This paper is based on the project of "Precision diagnosis and remote diagnosis Management" developed by China Huadian Group Company. Based on a large number of practical and theoretical studies, the basic structure and scheme of health monitoring and remote fault diagnosis of power generation equipment are put forward. The key technical problems in the implementation are studied and verified. Firstly, the failure mode and characteristics of the main equipment in the power plant are analyzed, and the overall scheme of the equipment health monitoring in the power plant is designed. And the network architecture of remote diagnosis system is designed. Secondly, the diagnosis rules and diagnosis flow of expert automatic diagnosis system (EADS) are introduced in detail. Taking the diagnosis of rotor unbalance as an example, the working principle of EADS is introduced. It also introduces how to improve the accuracy of EADS in practice. The remote diagnosis function is realized based on the data synchronization of Internet. Data synchronization utilizes the client / server architecture of Sybase database and open data interface to realize data transmission by scanning and sharing database log files. In this paper, several key technologies for health monitoring of important auxiliary equipment in power plant are studied, and ultrasonic detection technology is used for partial discharge of high voltage electrical equipment. The dynamic monitoring ESAs of high voltage asynchronous motors and the impact demodulation technology of rolling bearings are studied and implemented. In this paper, the fault diagnosis of planetary gear reducer of medium speed coal mill is preliminarily studied. The paper uses the mature and advanced technology in the world and bases on the practical experience. The practicability and scientific nature of health monitoring and remote fault diagnosis of power generation equipment are verified by the project of "precise diagnosis and remote diagnosis management".
