基于DSP芯片的智能型高频开关电源的设计与实现

【摘要】:论文设计的高频开关电源是为直流屏的铅酸蓄电池提供的充电电源,论文所研制的高频开关电源的DC220V,频率为100KHZ,功率为2200W,高频开关电源主回路采用“AC-DC-AC-DC”变换的拓扑结构,主要由输入EMI型滤波电路、输入整流型滤波电路、高频逆变型电路、高频变压器、输出整流滤波电路等几部分组成,其他辅助电路包括:MOSFET驱动电路、输入端过压、过流保护电路。 论文的控制电路部分是一个实时检测和监控的控制系统,是以TMS3200F2809DSP芯片为核心,编写软件控制程序,以实现高频开关电源智能化控制,,使得高频开关电源可以在线设置,同时可以修改参数、显示以及通信功能。TMS320F2809数字芯片用于产生PWM波形,从而驱动MOSFET开通和关断,进而调节占空比,改变输出电压。传统的控制系统运用的是PID控制调节方式,本论文运用模糊控制算法作为核心控制算法,该算法对输出电压进行闭环反馈控制,能够得到比较理想的输出电压波形。 整篇论文以电源设计为主线,在详细分析高频开关电源电路原理的基础上,进行系统的主电路设计、辅助电路设计、控制回路设计、软件实现,进行高频开关电源的外形封装设计,优化结构,使之能够有较好的抗震、抗压,较合理的体积和重量,调试研制的开关电源,通过对各项参数的测试,综合考察电源的实用性能,使之能够满足工业的要求。
[Abstract]:The high-frequency switching power supply designed in this paper is a charging power supply for the lead-acid battery with DC screen. The DC _ 220V of the high-frequency switching power supply developed in this paper is 100KHZ and the power is 2200W. The main circuit of high frequency switching power supply adopts the topological structure of "AC-DC-AC-DC" transform, which is mainly composed of input EMI filter circuit, input rectifier filter circuit, high frequency inverter circuit and high frequency transformer. The output rectifier filter circuit and other auxiliary circuits include the: MOSFET drive circuit, input overvoltage, over-current protection circuit. The control circuit part of the paper is a real-time detection and monitoring control system, is a TMS3200F2809DSP chip as the core, software control program. In order to realize intelligent control of high frequency switching power supply, the high frequency switching power supply can be set online and parameters can be modified at the same time. Display and communication function. TMS320F2809 digital chip is used to generate PWM waveform, thus driving MOSFET on and off, and then adjust duty cycle. Changing the output voltage. The traditional control system uses the PID control regulation method. In this paper, the fuzzy control algorithm is used as the core control algorithm, which carries on the closed-loop feedback control to the output voltage. An ideal output voltage waveform can be obtained. Based on the detailed analysis of the principle of the high frequency switching power supply circuit, the main circuit design, auxiliary circuit design, control circuit design and software implementation of the system are carried out in the whole paper, taking the power supply design as the main line and the principle of the high frequency switching power supply circuit in detail. The high frequency switching power supply packaging design, optimization structure, so that it can have a better seismic, compression, more reasonable volume and weight, debug the development of switching power supply, through the testing of various parameters. The utility of power supply is investigated comprehensively to meet the requirements of industry.
