小电流接地系统故障定位技术研究

【摘要】:随着人们对能源和环境问题的日益关注,推动能源结构调整、促进节能减排以及提高能源综合利用率已经成为我国能源产业,尤其是电力工业发展的重要方向。分布式电源主要利用可再生能源发电,作为对集中式发电的有效补充,有助于向用户提供低碳、高效的“绿色电力”,对于促进电力工业向智能化、清洁化方向发展具有重要作用。微网作为一种整合利用分布式电源的有效形式,能够通过灵活的控制技术实现可再生能源的充分利用,提高供电质量和可靠性,近年来已经成为业内的研究热点。但是,随着分布式电源的大量接入,微网的分布式特性将越来越明显,渗透率也逐渐提高,因此,在高渗透率情况下如何有效的实现多个微网与配电网的协调运行成为亟待解决的问题。本文关注含多微网的配电网的协调运行机制,通过对微网和配电网调度目标的分析比较,基于多Agent技术建立了包含元件级、微网级和配电网级的分层协调控制结构,将调度决策过程分为微网级Agent能量管理过程和配电网级Agent协调调度过程,建立了相关数学模型,利用遗传算法给出模型求解方法,最后,基于IEEE标准30节点算例系统对所提出模型进行了验证,对结果从调度策略、电压水平和有功网损三个方面进行了讨论。算例结果表明,本文所提出的分层协调控制模型在不损害微网的自治性的前提下,可以控制多个微网达到降低配电网峰值负荷,提高配电网电压水平和降低配电网运行的有功网损的作用。本文所提出的分层协调控制机制也可以为未来配电网与微网的互动运行提供参考。
[Abstract]:As people pay more and more attention to energy and environment problems, promoting energy structure adjustment, promoting energy saving and emission reduction and improving energy utilization efficiency have become the energy industry of our country. In particular, the important direction of the development of power industry. Distributed power generation mainly uses renewable energy to generate electricity, as an effective supplement to centralized power generation, which is helpful to provide low carbon and efficient "green power" to users. It plays an important role in promoting the development of power industry towards intelligence and cleanness. Microgrid is an effective form of integrating and utilizing distributed power supply. It has become a research hotspot in recent years to realize the full use of renewable energy and improve the quality and reliability of power supply through flexible control technology. However, with the large number of access to distributed power. The distributed characteristics of the microgrid will become more and more obvious and the permeability will increase gradually. In the case of high permeability, how to effectively realize the coordinated operation of multiple microgrids and distribution networks has become an urgent problem to be solved. This paper focuses on the coordinated operation mechanism of distribution networks with multi-microgrids. Based on the analysis and comparison of the dispatch targets of microgrid and distribution network, a hierarchical coordinated control structure including component level, microgrid level and distribution network level is established based on multi-#en0# technology. The dispatching decision-making process is divided into microgrid-level Agent energy management process and distribution network-level Agent coordinated dispatching process. The relevant mathematical models are established and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model. Finally. The proposed model is verified based on the IEEE standard 30-bus system, and the results are discussed from three aspects: scheduling strategy, voltage level and active power loss. The hierarchical coordinated control model proposed in this paper can control multiple microgrids to reduce the peak load of distribution network without harming the autonomy of microgrid. The hierarchical coordinated control mechanism proposed in this paper can also provide a reference for the interaction between distribution network and microgrid in the future.
