电子式互感器动态特性测试仪软件开发

【摘要】:国内外针对电子式互感器技术的研究与应用已有多年历史。上世纪八十年代开始国外有相关产品面世并投入使用,国内对电子式互感器的研究起步较晚,但随着研究的投入和技术发展,相关产品相继面世,实际挂网运行也已有十多年的历史。在这期间积累了大量的使用经验,也暴露出了很多问题和缺陷,这为电子式互感器技术的发展指明了方向。针对电子式互感器的研究现状和在实际应用中出现的问题,结合理论分析发现电子式互感器是一个具有动态响应行为的设备,而截止目前为止,国内还没有系统地开展电子式互感器动态响应行为分析及对策研究工作。对此本课题研究设计了一套电子式互感器动态特性测试方法和测试系统,希望能从动态特性测试的角度出发为电子式互感器的性能测试提供新的方法和视野,最终达到促进电子式互感器技术发展、进步的目的。针对电子式互感器的动态特性测试,本文从以下几个方面进行了理论分析和功能实现:(1)延时测量:本课题独创性的设计了一套软件与硬件相结合的全新的测试方法,且实际测试表明此方法有很高的测量精度和稳定度;(2)稳态响应分析:以傅里叶变换为基础,通过对互感器的输入输出信号的谐波及相位变化的比较分析来评价电子式互感器的稳态响应能力;(3)非周期信号提取:本文通过研究给出了逐点傅里叶变换、小波包频带分解和数学形态学变换三种提取方法,并做分析比较;(4)谐波及行波传变特性分析:用于评价电子式互感器对实现合并单元不同功能的(保护测量、行波测距)信号的传变能力;(5)错步输出:用于分析采样时刻固定的电子式互感器采集器对输入时刻任意的高频信号的采样误差。理论分析和实测结果表明,本课题的研究成果可以实现对电子式互感器动态响应特性的检测,电子式互感器对继电保护行为影响分析,电子式互感器谐波特性检测等工作,可以较好的对电子式互感器动态响应行为进行测试,为改进电子式互感器性能提供技术手段。
[Abstract]:Domestic and foreign research and application of electronic transformer technology has been many years of history. In -20s, there are related products in foreign countries and put into use, the domestic research on electronic transformers started late. However, with the investment and technological development of the research, the related products have been published one after another, the actual operation of the network has been more than 10 years of history. During this period, accumulated a lot of experience, but also exposed a lot of problems and defects. This indicates the direction of the development of electronic transformer technology, aiming at the current research situation of electronic transformer and the problems in practical application. Combined with theoretical analysis, it is found that electronic transformer is a device with dynamic response behavior, but so far. There is no systematic research on dynamic response behavior and countermeasures of electronic transformers in China. In this paper, a set of testing methods and testing system for dynamic characteristics of electronic transformers are designed. It is hoped that it can provide a new method and vision for the performance testing of electronic transformers from the point of view of dynamic characteristic testing, and finally promote the development of electronic transformers technology. The purpose of this progress is to test the dynamic characteristics of electronic transformers. This paper carries on the theoretical analysis and the function realization from the following several aspects: this topic originality has designed a set of software and the hardware union brand-new test method. The experimental results show that the method has high accuracy and stability. (2) Steady-state response analysis: based on Fourier transform, the steady-state response ability of electronic transformer is evaluated by comparing the harmonic and phase changes of input and output signals of transformer. (3) Aperiodic signal extraction: in this paper, three extraction methods, point by point Fourier transform, wavelet packet frequency band decomposition and mathematical morphology transformation, are presented and compared. (4) Analysis of harmonic and traveling wave transmission characteristics: used to evaluate the transmission ability of electronic transformer to different functions (protection measurement, traveling wave ranging) of merging unit; Error output: used to analyze the sampling error of the electronic transformer collector with fixed sampling time to the high frequency signal at any input time. The theoretical analysis and the measured results show that. The research results of this paper can be used to detect the dynamic response characteristics of electronic transformers, analyze the influence of electronic transformers on relay protection behavior, and detect harmonic characteristics of electronic transformers. It can better test the dynamic response behavior of electronic transformer and provide technical means for improving the performance of electronic transformer.
