输电线路防外力破坏预警系统的设计与开发

【摘要】:输电线路分布区域广、传输距离长、地形条件复杂,超高车辆线下通行或超高机具线旁作业等外力破坏引发线路断裂、短路,造成设备跳闸、停电等事故时有发生,既给用电企业造成了经济损失,也对电网安全运行构成了严重威胁。由于这些外力破坏事件的发生具有经常性、隐蔽性、突发性,致使供电部门日常巡视难以达到理想的管控效果。为了保护输电线路的安全,预防输电线路外力破坏隐患,本文设计和开发了一套输电线路防外力破坏预警系统,旨在有效减少或消除外力破坏事故,提高输电线路安全运行和智能化管理水平。主要内容包括:①总体方案设计:为了降低距离检测装置的体积、重量和功耗,将距离检测和自动报警分开部署,利用短程无线传输方式将二者关联。结合系统功能需求分析,阐述总体结构以及测距单元、短程无线传输和远程无线传输方案选择,并介绍信息融合处理技术及其算法。②硬件电路设计:依据输电线路防外力破坏预警系统整体结构,确定主控芯片选型,详细阐述线上测距装置、现场告警终端、短程通信单元和远程通信单元等硬件电路的设计思想和实现方案。③软件程序设计:根据输电线路防外力破坏预警系统的功能特点,阐述软件设计原则和思想以及线上测距装置、现场告警终端和后端预警平台涉及的软件程序设计流程。通过实测验证了本文研发的输电线路防外力破坏预警系统的主要功能和技术指标,结果表明,该系统预警功能响应快、准确率高、运行可靠,能对输电线路线旁和线下外力破坏隐患目标进行有效的距离探测,对超过安全距离的行为做出准确判断并及时告警,后端预警平台能实时获取危险点隐患信息,达到了设计目标。
[Abstract]:Transmission lines are widely distributed, long transmission distance, complex terrain conditions, ultra-high vehicles under the line or ultra-high machine line side operation and other external force damage caused by line breakage, short circuit, resulting in equipment tripping. Power outages and other accidents occur from time to time, which not only cause economic losses to power enterprises, but also pose a serious threat to the safe operation of power grid. In order to protect the safety of transmission line and prevent the hidden trouble of power transmission line damage, the daily inspection of power supply department is difficult to achieve the ideal control effect. This paper designs and develops a set of early warning system against external force damage of transmission lines, which aims to effectively reduce or eliminate external force damage accidents. In order to reduce the volume, weight and power consumption of the distance detection device, the distance detection and automatic alarm are deployed separately. Combined with the analysis of the system functional requirements, the overall structure, ranging unit, short-range wireless transmission and remote wireless transmission options are discussed. The information fusion technology and its algorithm .2 hardware circuit design are introduced. According to the whole structure of the transmission line anti-damage warning system, the selection of the main control chip is determined, and the on-line ranging device is described in detail. The design idea of the hardware circuit such as alarm terminal, short range communication unit and remote communication unit, and the design of software program. 3. According to the function characteristic of the transmission line anti-damage warning system. The principle and idea of software design and the on-line ranging device are described. Field alarm terminal and back-end warning platform involved in the software design process. Through the actual test to verify the transmission line anti-damage warning system of the main functions and technical indicators, the results show. The system has the advantages of fast response, high accuracy, reliable operation, and can effectively detect the hidden danger target by the external force along and below the transmission line. When the behavior over the safe distance is judged accurately and alerted in time, the back-end warning platform can obtain the hidden danger information in real time and reach the design goal.
