【摘要】:随着城镇化建设的进一步推进,中心镇的发展无疑是本轮城镇建设的重中之重,中心镇的电网建设无疑也成为国家新一轮农网升级改造的重点。相对于主电网发展规划规划而言,基于中心镇的电网规划对电网的改造与建设更具有指导意义。主要是其规划范围小,产业整体布局和发展热点更加明显,负荷的增长点和负荷的性质在相应的市政规划中便于解读,有利于负荷预测和目标网架的确定。本文通过开展中心镇规划设计研究,阐述了中心镇配电网规划的理论基础,通过对相关技术导则的解读,提出了集约化、差异化规划的思路。对中心镇规划的主要方法、目标、内容、深度等进行了描述。并结合工程实际,在湖州八里店中心镇配电网规划过程中,按照本文所描述的方法和思路,重点就负荷预测和目标网架确定进行了差异化规划设计,取得了良好的效果。最后本文在配电网网架结构的差异化选择上,重点介绍了浙江省电力公司试点推行的“三双”接线在湖州中心镇电网规划与改造升级中的应用。通过在湖州仁皇山核心区块的扩展性“三双”配电网结构改造试点,有效解决了配电网网架结构不清晰,供电可靠性不高等问题,通过理论计算,该区域供电可靠性达到99.999%,满足《浙江省配电网规划设计导则》要求的A类区域供电可靠性≥99.992%的目标。
[Abstract]:With the further development of urbanization, the development of central towns is undoubtedly the most important part of this round of urban construction. The construction of power grids in central towns has undoubtedly become the focus of the new round of upgrading and upgrading of the country's rural power networks. The power network planning based on the central town is more instructive to the transformation and construction of the power network. The main reason is that its planning scope is small, and the overall layout of the industry and the hot spots of development are more obvious. The growth point of load and the nature of load are easy to interpret in the corresponding municipal planning, which is beneficial to load forecasting and the determination of target grid. Through the research of planning and design of central town, this paper expounds the theoretical basis of distribution network planning in central town. Through the interpretation of relevant technical guidelines, this paper puts forward the idea of intensive and differentiated planning, describes the main methods, objectives, contents and depth of central town planning, and combines with engineering practice. In the process of distribution network planning of Balidian central town in Huzhou, according to the method and train of thought described in this paper, the difference planning design of load forecasting and target network frame determination is carried out. Finally, in the distribution network structure of the differential selection, This paper mainly introduces the application of "three double" connection in Huzhou central town power network planning and upgrading, through the expansion of Huzhou Renhuangshan core block of the "three double" distribution network structural transformation pilot. The problems such as unclear structure of distribution network and low reliability of power supply are effectively solved, and the theoretical calculation is carried out.
