三相PFC整流器改进单周期控制策略

【摘要】:三相PFC变换器的单周期控制因其控制简单,无需乘法器及采样输入电压受到广泛研究。传统单周期控制策略中,变换器输入电感电流采样直接作为调制信号与载波交割产生PWM信号,因此传统单周期控制策略中的PWM信号可视为通过SPWM方式所获得。在这种调制方法下,三相PFC变换器输出电压较高,直流母线电压利用率较低,不利于降低开关管耐压等级和提高系统效率。本文在分析3P4W系统中的三相四桥臂整流拓扑传统单周期控制策略基础上,提出变革传统单周期控制策略中的调制波波形,将3次谐波注入PWM调制(SAPWM)引入到单周期控制策略中。通过SAPWM调制可降低单周期控制的三相PFC变换器输出电压,提高直流母线电压利用率,进而有利于提高系统效率。改进的单周期控制策略同时可以推广到3P3W系统中的三相三桥臂整流、三相维也纳整流电路。系统仿真与实验验证了理论分析的正确性。
[Abstract]:The single-cycle control of three-phase PFC converter is widely studied because of its simple control, no multiplier and sampling input voltage. The input inductor current sampling of the converter produces the PWM signal directly as the modulation signal intersects with the carrier, so the PWM signal in the traditional single-period control strategy can be regarded as obtained by the SPWM mode. The output voltage of three-phase PFC converter is high and the utilization ratio of DC bus voltage is low, which is not conducive to reducing the voltage grade of switching tube and improving the system efficiency. This paper analyzes the traditional single-period control strategy of three-phase four-leg rectifier topology in 3P4W system. In this paper, the modulation waveform of traditional single-period control strategy is changed, and the third-order harmonic injection of PWM modulation is introduced into the single-period control strategy. The output voltage of single-cycle three-phase PFC converter can be reduced by SAPWM modulation. The improved single-cycle control strategy can also be extended to the three-phase three-leg rectifier in 3P3W system. Three-phase Vienna rectifier circuit. System simulation and experiment verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
