便携式泄漏电流监测系统的研制及现场应用

【摘要】:随着绝缘子表面污秽的积累,绝缘子表面泄漏电流在污秽受潮的过程中有显著变化,泄漏电流对于描述绝缘子的绝缘状态有着简单易行、直观高效的优点。文中旨在介绍一种实用新型的便携式泄漏电流监测系统,适用于现场外绝缘的绝缘状况研究。该套系统数据采集使用差分模式,有效抑制共模信号干扰;数据同步采样率最高可达到20 k S/s,采样信号能够保留泄漏电流原始信号的全部信息;泄漏电流传感器选用具有分段处理信号功能的电阻型传感器,抗电磁干扰能力强,适用于复杂电磁环境;系统测量范围达到0.1 m A~5 A,相对误差控制在2%以内,同时可以配合分压器使用,测量与电流信号同步的电压信号,便于分析处理研究。与硬件系统相配套的软件平台基于Lab VIEW程序搭建,以虚拟仪器的形式实现真实测量仪器的效果,具有操作简单、功能丰富以及可扩展能力强的优点。该套便携式泄漏电流监测系统具有质量轻、体积小、经济灵活、移动方便等特点,适用于各科研单位在不同的试验现场使用。
[Abstract]:With the accumulation of insulator surface contamination, the leakage current on the insulator surface has a significant change in the process of contamination and damp, and the leakage current is easy to describe the insulator insulation state. The purpose of this paper is to introduce a portable leakage current monitoring system, which is suitable for the study of insulation condition of external insulation in the field. The differential mode is used in the data collection of the system, which can effectively suppress the common mode signal interference. The data synchronous sampling rate can be up to 20 KS / s, the sampling signal can retain all the information of the original leakage current signal, and the leakage current sensor adopts resistive sensor with the function of signal processing in sections, which has strong ability of resisting electromagnetic interference. It is suitable for complex electromagnetic environment, the measuring range of the system is 0. 1 Ma / 5 A, the relative error is less than 2%, at the same time, it can be used with voltage divider to measure the voltage signal synchronized with the current signal. It is convenient to analyze and process research. The software platform matching with hardware system is built based on Lab VIEW program, and the effect of real measuring instrument is realized in the form of virtual instrument, which is easy to operate. The portable leakage current monitoring system has the advantages of light weight, small volume, economic flexibility, convenient movement and so on. It is suitable for various scientific research units to use in different test sites.
