用于电力巡线的新型油动固定翼无人机设计

【摘要】:针对目前巡线无人机(UAV)不能兼具高速大航程、全线快速普查及故障疑似地段低速低空精细巡查的功能,以及所携带科学设备尺寸与UAV机身尺寸不匹配的问题,研制了一种可实现机翼变形和携带科学设备吊舱的新型电力巡线油动固定翼UAV。以固定翼UAV为载体,对新型UAV各分系统的组成及功能进行了探讨,并对机翼变形分系统、遥控遥测分系统、科学设备吊舱分系统进行了详细设计,根据设计结果制作验证模型进行飞行试验,结果表明可以通过实时控制机翼的气动外形配合可移动科学设备吊舱保持较高的气动效率,提高飞机在巡航状态下的升力和高速飞行状态下的机动性,满足UAV在不同任务剖面上的性能要求。对比分析了所设计的UAV和一种电动固定翼UAV的优缺点,提出了新型UAV与电动固定翼UAV综合作业巡线方案。
[Abstract]:In view of the fact that the UAV can not have the functions of high speed and large range, the whole line rapid survey and the low speed and low altitude fine inspection in the suspected fault area, and the problem that the size of the scientific equipment carried does not match the size of the UAV fuselage, A new type of electric patrol oil-moving fixed wing UAV which can realize wing deformation and carry scientific equipment pods is developed. The composition and function of each subsystem of the new type of UAV are discussed with the fixed-wing UAV as the carrier, and the wing deformation subsystem is also discussed. The remote control telemetry subsystem and the scientific equipment podded subsystem are designed in detail. According to the design results, the model is made to verify the flight test. The results show that the aerodynamic configuration of the wing can be controlled in real time with the movable scientific equipment pods to maintain high aerodynamic efficiency, and the lift of the aircraft under cruising condition and the maneuverability of the aircraft in high-speed flight state can be improved. To meet the performance requirements of UAV in different mission profiles, the advantages and disadvantages of the designed UAV and a kind of electric fixed wing UAV are compared and analyzed, and a new integrated line patrol scheme of UAV and UAV is proposed.
