大型风机动力学仿真软件后处理软件开发

【摘要】:随着能源可持续发展概念的深入,风力机组发电作为可再生能源得到了飞速的发展。风电机组系统的仿真系统在风力发电机组整个系统的分析,在发电量的分析以及电网的总能量的分析过程中都起到了举足轻重的地位。本论文首先介绍了一下开发工具和语言,开发语言首先是Fortran语言,来进行科学计算以及算法方面的代码编写。然后是C++,用C++语言在MFC的环境下进行Fortran语言代码的调用,具体方法论文中会进行介绍。主要是运用VS2008这个开发平台进行开发的。介绍完之后,从技术、操作和经济方面对这个软件进行了可行性的分析。接着分析风电机组的工作原理并根据原理进行了风力机的建模,这样可以更加深刻的理解仿真软件中涉及到的各个参数所代表的含义以及它们的作用。然后就对仿真软件的整体开发进行了概要设计,对后处理软件进行了详细设计,从功能和结构的方面,并对后处理中涉及到的各个模块也进行了详细设计。最后,在MFC的环境下,对后处理软件可视化界面的开发,最后在系统的实现中将后处理软件的工作结果呈现出来。仿真软件中,结合GL标准对风况和波浪进行综合分类,共分成了958种极限工况和68种疲劳工况,对相应的风况和波浪进行仿真研究,并对各个工况进行载荷和负载的仿真研究,尽力模拟出接近实际的风机载荷。这个部分的设计提供了一种计算海上以及陆上风电机组载荷相关的方法,并可以得到整个风机系统的载荷,为风机重要零部件的有限元分析和优化设计提供了负载根据。最后,对仿真后的数据进行处理,实现图形显示。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the concept of energy sustainable development, wind power generation as a renewable energy has been rapidly developed. The simulation system of wind turbine system is analyzed in the whole wind turbine system. It plays an important role in the analysis of power generation and the analysis of the total energy of power grid. This paper first introduces the development tools and languages, first of all, the development language is the Fortran language. Then C, using C language to call the Fortran language code in the MFC environment, Specific methods will be introduced in the paper. Mainly using the VS2008 development platform for development. After the introduction, from the technology, The feasibility of the software is analyzed in terms of operation and economy. Then the working principle of wind turbine is analyzed and the model of wind turbine is built according to the principle. In this way, we can have a deeper understanding of the meaning of the parameters involved in the simulation software and their functions. Then, the overall development of the simulation software is outlined and the post-processing software is designed in detail. From the aspects of function and structure, the modules involved in post processing are also designed in detail. Finally, in the environment of MFC, the visual interface of post processing software is developed. In the simulation software, combined with GL standard, the wind condition and wave are classified synthetically, and a total of 958 kinds of limit working conditions and 68 kinds of fatigue conditions are divided. The corresponding wind and wave are simulated, and the load and load are simulated. The design of this part provides a method for calculating the load correlation of offshore and onshore wind turbines, and the load of the whole fan system can be obtained. It provides the load basis for the finite element analysis and optimization design of the important parts of the fan. Finally, the simulation data are processed to realize the graphic display.
