智能电网需求响应与隐私保护相关技术研究

【摘要】:随着我国电力市场化的进程不断深入,用户对智能电网的可靠性和安全性的要求不断提升。智能电网高级测量体系是构建智能电网的基础,AMI的安全关系着智能电网能否实现安全可靠的通信。而在智能电网AMI中,消费者和供电公司需要重点保护的信息是负载信息中隐私敏感数据以及电力测量数据。AMI为供电公司提供远程抄表、需求预测等服务,同时也必须提供消费者的个人隐私信息保护服务。由于攻击者通过监听、分析测量数据能够了解到消费用户生活方式、日常习惯以及相关活动,通过注入虚假信息或者提出不合理的需求能够造成电网大面积瘫痪,导致经济财产的损失。因此,保护智能电网用户的隐私安全显得尤为重要。 本文对智能电网AMI的安全问题进行了深入的研究,着重对AMI隐私安全和风险进行分析。通过对智能电网信息流的研究,结合需求响应的数据需求,总结出智能电网中包含的四类数据流,并且分析了四类数据流的安全特性,进而提出具有隐私保护的需求响应架构。 本文分析了目前具有隐私保护的数据聚合技术,并且总结其优缺点。通过对无线网络数据聚合方案的对比,并结合智能电网的背景,将可恢复数据聚合隐私保护方案引用到智能电网AMI中,此方案是将公钥加密、签名和聚合技术结合来保护用户的隐私安全。通过对其在智能电网中安全性和可行性的分析,证明了此方案在智能电网的应用价值。
[Abstract]:With the development of electric power market in our country, Users' requirements for the reliability and security of smart grid are increasing. Smart grid advanced measurement system is the foundation of smart grid. The security of smart grid depends on whether smart grid can realize safe and reliable communication. However, in smart grid AMI, The most important information that consumers and power companies need to protect is privacy sensitive data in load information and power measurement data. AMI provides remote meter reading, demand forecasting and other services for power supply companies. At the same time, it is necessary to provide personal privacy information protection services for consumers. Because an attacker can understand the consumer's lifestyle, daily habits and related activities through monitoring, analyzing and measuring data. By injecting false information or putting forward unreasonable demand, the power grid can be paralyzed in a large area, resulting in the loss of economic property. Therefore, it is very important to protect the privacy of smart grid users. In this paper, the security of smart grid AMI is deeply studied, and the security and risk of AMI privacy are analyzed. Through the research of smart grid information flow, the data demand of demand response is combined. The four types of data flow in smart grid are summarized, and the security characteristics of the four kinds of data streams are analyzed, and then a demand response architecture with privacy protection is proposed. This paper analyzes the current data aggregation technology with privacy protection, and summarizes its advantages and disadvantages. Through the comparison of wireless network data aggregation schemes, and combined with the background of smart grid, The recoverable data aggregation privacy protection scheme is applied to smart grid AMI, which combines public key encryption, signature and aggregation technology to protect the privacy of users. The application value of this scheme in smart grid is proved.
